Juno 2015

Juno Zen

The Blizzard Juno has now moved on and we are left with over 2 feet of drifting snow. Nature in her glory has reminded us once again of our temporary nature and provided us with a diversion to our self important schedules and programs.

I can’t help but find the poetic beauty in all of this, from being isolated and the stillness while the storm was raging, to the shoveling and energy expenditure in the storm’s calming wake.

Wherever you are I hope you find your place of balance within this wonderful and dramatic planet we call home.

Releasing the Darkness

Release of Darkness

It is only when we greet the dawn
and release the darkness
that the Light we are
can truly be seen by others.

Then the life review begins
and you find out all the ways
this has affected you
in this lifetime
without your awareness.

Twelve Pins, Ireland

Waking up before dawn with my poetic Muse…
May calm and gentle mists
soften your heart.
May you quietly smile
as you greet the dawn.

Unconditional

Unconditional

On the Circle of Hearts radio show where I was a guest we were talking about detachment and during one of the breaks we had left off thinking about the word unconditional. Even with the commercial break blaring through my earphones this message came through.

Sometimes I try to rethink and rearrange the words but I Am told to leave it be…

Unconditional
U nified
N onjudgmental
C onstant
O verflowing
N atural
D ependanble
I nvitation
T o
I ntentionally
O rient
N everending

Vancouver Island - Marlene SwetlishoffPhoto of Vancouver Island by Marlene Swetlishoff

When Marlene posted this picture on facebook of Vancouver Island, I was immediately taken by it’s energy and began to type… I just LOVE synchronous inspiration. Thank you Marlene for this beautiful View!

Standing on the edge
of everywhere
I reach into my heart
opening the heavily
guarded doors
and allow the Light
to shine into the Sanctum
while grounding
my physical presence
into the ever changing
shoreline of destiny
inhaling deeply
the salty air
which surrounds me

Year End Sunlight

Sunlight Year End

Can we truly paint the sky
or capture the rays
which challenge us to stay hidden

Are there clouds
which conceal all our fears
forever

Oh how exhausting a challenge
to not claim our presence
among all of this

Rejoice and shout in praise
of your ability to survive it all
and stand in awe

For the beauty and charm
that a star rising from behind
the traveling gray wizards

Has brought us treasures
to behold and kindle
the flames in our hearts

What you perceive as outside of you is also you as well. It has been co-created by all of us over many ages and lifetimes. When we are face to face with this and overwhelmed, it becomes our challenge to stand still and look for all the possibilities that it may contain.

This becomes our personal expansion without which nothing changes except in our separation from the reality which can only be recognized from a higher level of energetic form.

We are now processing all this information at rates beyond anything humanity has ever done before and backtracking through our genetic lines to release the core/source of all we are now experiencing. So please be gentle with yourselves and know that you truly are creators of your own experiences and not victims, nor have you ever been, for the words you use are but symbols of your experiences like the carvings in stone of our ancestors.

Look deep within the space between yourself and the reflection of you in the mirror and know the true power of your true heart’s creative ability for it has brought you both to this point in our evolution.

Happy Solstice

Everyday

There was no light on the horizon this morning, however yesterday for a moment I managed to get this shot. Yes, The Light to which everyday becomes a new canvas on which to live out our creative presence is always there. Sometimes obscured completely and at others just radiating in a glorious way that touches every cell in our bodies.

May this coming year be one of unification in whatever form you choose.
May we all join at the Heart and radiate the Love which transforms everything.
Many Blessings to each of you!

Foggy-ness

15 Monday Dec 2014

Illusion Fog
Illusion is but the fog
in which we choose to hide
not wanting to see
the truth of who we really are.

We are to shine through the fog
remembering both
the everything
and the nothing.
