The Circle of Hearts Radio show was begun by Allayah Frisch and is now hosted by OMTimes Radio. It began much earlier than this on another network which unfortunately the archives were lost.
I have had an amazing relationship of sharing my voice and stories about my Death Experience, as well as now collaborating on a show we do once a month, called Heart To Soul Talks, which truly come from our hearts.
We pick a topic and allow our Higher Self to freely express.
Hera are links to all of the recorded shows and facebook page…
there is a variety of authors, speakers and subjects of a very diverse nature for you to listen to here… please enjoy!

Oh how I love to watch the sky
as the Sun is making love with the clouds
Golden Rays from the One Heart
peeking through to embrace us All
There in the midst of their passion
We are reminded
Of Our Sacredness
as Children of the Sun

You are a unique imprint in the field of morphic resonance
therefore your presence in this field is substantive
together we are universal in nature and not separate
so let us move forward as One Heart – cRb

Some days we awaken
to blue skies
and sometimes
the blue skies
awaken us

The ancient Agamenticus River that the English settlers named York is part of the watershed area of the mountain of the same name.
“Mount Agamenticus is located within the exposed upper part of the “plumbing system” that supplied lava to a very large volcano that was active about 220 million years ago”…”the summit is not the volcano; it is, along with Second and Third hills, an erosion-resistant part of one of the circular dikes that once supplied lava to the eruptions.”
“When this volcano was active, North America was still attached to Africa, and according to current interpretations a strip of land along the Maine coast and extending out to the edge of the continental shelf is a piece of Africa that remained “stuck” to North America when the continents began to move apart, forming the Atlantic Ocean. Mount Agamenticus is located within a long line of volcanic structures which extends more than 1000 miles seaward as a line of conical submarine volcanoes; landward, the line continues northwesterly through southern Maine and New Hampshire into Quebec.”
The River is the resulting from ice sheets of up to 5000 feet which melted and formed several times beginning 18,000 years ago.
We have intended the water be returned to its original blueprint and accord with a Maori protocol using New Zealand Pounamu/Greenstone.

4:30 am……………………………………………………………………………..5:30 am
Yes, a first glance indeed, as I was preparing my first coffee of the day!
It is a new month, a new day, a new beginning for all possibilities to arise.
Without even thinking, I opened the door to the last sliver of moon and was reminded that we are approaching the New Moon on May 6. Looking again in and hour and seeing it had passed.
How wonderful to not think as we arise, just appreciating a new day of life here on Mother Earth without expectations. For most this is a rare occasion, as the world events so want to rule our lives. Not today, not for me!
Grateful for the peace of this hour, the cool breezes flowing through my open windows, the birds and their morning chatter…
I Am filled with Nature’s Presence
each breath being passed on to me
a gift of all the processes of life
that are not seen in the daily chaos
When I looked again, as if only a moment had passed, the sky was coming into Light. The Earth had turned and I was consciously aware, not of time but the difference in where I was in relationship, to my planetary Mother and the Star which provides Her with the energies to sustain Her constant evolution.
Approaching the moment of full view
the heart settles into contemplation
at how wonderful the space between
the Dark and Light reminds us of who we are
