Changing Seasons

Often at the change of seasons
there is a window of opportunity
we fail to recognize

It is the reaching into oneself
and bringing forth
a new bouquet of inspiration

Then we no longer see
what has passed
but what is to come

And we are excited
once again

The Light Within

This wonderful Morning Glory caught my attention on my morning walk with my dog Lillybelle and I had to return home and get my camera.

What surprised me the most was how this was taken on an overcast day with a slight mist in the air with no other lighting.
True Inner Light.

Morning Walk 9/14/11

I

what is it
about the change of the seasons
is it the warm sun
shining on your back
is it the breezes
in your face
can it be the changing sky
that makes you turn inward
and be thankful

II

the wind whispers change
change is growth
take a deep breath
and inhale
the freedom
never changing
never resting
how beautiful it is
to be alive

Cosmos Blossom With Late Afternoon Sunlight Shining Through ~ Peter Shefler Photo

A most sensual Light
and golden radiance
surrounding the eight pointed
Star of Inanna
leads me deeply
into her heart presence

Captured now by the
Queen of the Cosmos
drawn into her most
intimate dance
I descend

Into my self
my pleasure and pain
my darkness and light
my life and death

Guiding me through
this inner labyrinth
I am filled with her Wisdom
the Art of Lovemaking

Her seduction and passion
having consumed me
the Light-bearer only remains

To Love without restraints
To flow with passion
To bring forth balance
and renewal to all
in her honor

Journey Blessing

Onliness is not Lonliness

A young boy was looked upon as sad and alone for he had no friends with whom to play. He was left to his own on the streets of a large city in which he felt so small and insignificant.
As he played by himself he noticed that all of nature was inviting him to join in its celebration of beauty and that everywhere he went it surrounded him. Not only in the natural state of things but in the creations of mankind which rose up to emulate all the wondrous facets of Nature’s ways.

The trees and flowers, the squirrels and birds, even the fish in the river always seemed to notice him and would come and play.

Those who did not understand him would look and say, “How sad this child is all alone?”
Yet he was in the company of those who showed him so much more than could ever be taught by them.
Unaware of his onliness he felt a Oneness until somebody told him it was loneliness from which he then began to see separation.

Now some 60 years later he would say that the Love he felt as a child came rising up through the cracks in the concrete and pavement, through sandy spaces around the bricks on which he walked and kept him dancing in a world which others refused to see. So happy again to return to the simple wonder of it all!

Resurrection

Resurrection
shattered pieces
shards of broken glass
crushed by the force
of my insurrection
and here I Am
once again in life
full of Spirit
indeed a Resurrection

Vulnerability

Vulnerability is an illusion.
It closes us off to an infinite well of possibilities.
It is mistaken for the action of surrender.
Surrender allows to experience your endless potential.
Through the action of surrender, you create divine connection.
For you are always divinely guided and protected.
