I read this and it stopped all my thinking and planning of what I was going to do etc. The balloon floating away and the thought of letting go of expectations was exactly the release I needed.
It is Monday and we have been programmed to plan and meet deadlines and receive a sense of satisfaction or remuneration for our efforts… yes we do live in bondage of expectation.

Charlie, your comment/ post, which I read on Jennifer’s website, totally resonated with me. When her post reached me, it was already the end of my day. I had loosely planned to get some things done, today. But it came differently and I was invited to stop and just let go. In my case it seems I just needed a little push (back pain since the morning which only allow aware and gentle moves). 😉
Your comment/ post reminded me, that all is well and that everything is going exactly in the “right” (in “lack” of a better expression) direction.
