Each of us are reaching deeper
into what feels like an endless spiral
which has no meaning in and of itself

Is it perhaps the hollow bone,
not a bottomless pit of promises
nor an endless tunnel of struggle

The more we seek an understanding
or meaningful experience in it all
the more challenged and helpless we feel

Yet it is surely a natural gateway
in and of the greater structure
of our Brilliant Energetic Beingness

We have not just become travelers here
for we are expressed deep within it
and perhaps in truth the empty space itself
waiting to be filled from within its Self
