Shine Brilliantly (framed)

This morning as I was reading through the many emails that I did not open during the week, I was struck by an article which contained the poem in the above Museography picture I created.

Each of us have a capacity to over focus on what we feel is deeply needed for our success and sense of human fulfillment.
Yes! We are prone to keep our noses to the proverbial grindstone which has no real power over us, other than to lose sight of everything else around us.

I knew that I had to honor this and found the picture of the 3 Crystal Pyramids I had taken a couple of years ago.

And Boom!!!

I was instantly reminded of the Light We Are and so easily forget about, especially when we direct our energies on the frequencies of life which separate us from all of Our natural and amazing abilities.

Not only do We create a separation from others in that process but we actually become separated within as well, ceasing to broadcast Our Light into the world around us and each other.

Right now the messages that millions of people are receiving are to begin a re-evaluation process of everything the distracts us from Our deeper inner truth.

So just like the Crystal Pyramids in the photo let us…

Embrace the Light of the Sun that exists within us,
created even before our physical incarnation here,
and let it not be blocked by our clouded minds
of intense focus that is seeking recognition.

October Full Moon

October Full Moon Flowers

This Full Moon has brought so much beauty before my eyes.

The leaves are changing colors and falling more rapidly as Autumn progresses yet these three flowers were embracing the front entryway of St Georges Episcopal Church in York Harbor, Maine.

Perhaps they are a reminder…
to take more time to embrace the natural world around us,
to loosen our grip on the plans and schedules we so carefully create,
to teach us that if we cannot find beauty in what we are doing,
to change our patterns and be seen in our own unique and individual brilliance.

Let’s tuck that thought under our pillows tonight and dream a new experience.

After All…
It is the Hunter’s Moon and Her gift is to assist us in seeking what nourishes Our Hearts rather than our bodies.

Blades of Hope

Sometimes there are moments when We slip into the deep shadows of life.
They are powerful opportunities to embrace stillness.
Allow them to bring forth all the messages that have not seen Light for so such a long time.

Remember that We are like the blades of grass which are subject to so many changes in the weather patterns, that they turn brown and show no signs of life.

Yet deep within they wait silently, for that drop of rain to re-awaken them.
Encouraging growth and providing nourishment without any awareness of obstacles.

For all obstacles are only temporary and have no power of their own.

Already Old

Where are we when we are … Already Old
Who are when we are … Already Old
What is … Already Old… anyway

We have taken only a moment
of what the human race calls time
to reflect upon, as if it were an object
with a beginning and an end

Much like these words I now write
We began as an energy
inspired by another energy
as a chain reaction, to yet another energy

Call this Time or Age as the energy dances
in waves of Light and Sound
creating stories and diagrams to explain
its beginning and ending of manifestation

All of which are merely the “I AM – Already Old”
seeing it’s reflection in the still waters of Inner Acceptance
beyond the list of all possibilities and choices

It’s A Brand New Life

Like.Dislike List

I suppose if each of us were to make a list like the one above we might be a little hesitant at first.
We may not really want to know what we like or don’t like.
We may feel a bit uncomfortable at what might appear on that piece of paper.
Yet isn’t being uncomfortable the energy we need right now, to motivate and uproot us from these traumas and repeat offenses of abusive behavior.

As I began to write this message an old song floated into my mind

and as I listened to it once again after so many years, these words had a new meaning for me…

“Wished I could be in your heart
To be one with your love
Wished I could be in your eyes
Looking back there you were, and here we are.”

Simply realizing how much Life had changed for me in all of those passing years.
What would it have been like if I had made that list way back then?
Where were the moments I ‘might not’ have experienced which left so many deep scars?
How would different alignments within myself and their energies affected others?

Potential Rose

The potential for Change is always within us, be it a new day or new life
Simply awaiting the Light of the Sun to align and embrace it,
the Rose is encouraged to reveal the Truth
of it’s beauty and power to an awaiting world.

Try the Brand New Day list and be honest… know that within your heart you are not just here, you are amazing and have an inner gift to give to the world around you.

Remember that the only thing stopping any of us
from being fully in Our Own Hearts is
being in your heart
one with your love
being in your eyes
right here, right now

Please take the time to be honest with yourself and step into a Brand New Life.

Transitions – Without Fear

Transitions

Fear is an alarm signal of the conscious mind… so as I see it… it’s only purpose is to supercharge the body to react to any energetic stimuli which it determines if life threatening..
Transitions are the process of energy being increased, reduced or re-aligned which can be stimulated by fear but it is not itself an actual part.of it, rather an outside force creating a reactionary experience.
So our self transformation, either positive or negative, can be stimulated by fear. However if we hold onto the fear as having a value during the process we will not make the transition completely.
Which is many times why we have remnants of shame, guilt or self-doubt even after the transition has been completed. Which will in turn have us repeat the same task over and over again.

WE are traveling both upward and inward simultaneously.

The journey of separation is ending for all who are ready and willing to receive this Divine Gift.
Let go of any preconceived ideas of what that might be like for it is not to be understood on human terms and conditions.

Place your outer focus skyward and your inner focus on your deep resonant heart.

Mindful Reminders

Light must come from insideKindness-has-no-church
The Summer here in the Northern Hemisphere sometimes catches us and whirls us around in circles.
So as we now approach the end of July my blog pages have been sparse due to those wonderful outdoor activities which re-connect me to Mother Earth and all of Her Divine Inhabitants.

These two little picture reminders above have been quietly waiting on my desktop. Waiting for me to share them in some meaningful way.
And look how well they fit together.

Tonight they arose to be re-read and as I did the message was to invite all of you to just take a few moments out of your busy schedule to express some gratitude with those you may not have seen or heard from in a while.

Let them know that they are thought of and cared about and so are you.

This busy world We now live in needs these moments to re-connect and offer each other some reflection of how important our relationships with each other truly are.

And so I thank each of you for expressing …
Your Peace
Your Kindness
Your Light
Your Compassion
Your Love

Full Moon – Partial Eclipse

This picture is of the rising moon on 7.16.19, and a reminder of some particularly interesting energies we all may be experiencing.

The word CHANGE is what describes most of what we are now moving through, with almost each breath we take.

We need to remember that Change is a perfectly natural law of the Universe and there is nothing to become frightened about.
While Fear is the most counter productive force (other than for physical survival) that we experience as humans.

Are we fearful of change??? For most people the answer is Yes. This results in our repeating the same things over and over again, becoming more unhappy and deeply lacking self-worth.

As in the photograph above we can see the Moon has Her normal white light of the Sun’s reflection yet there is a halo of light around it, which for some could be ominous or foreboding.  Either way it is how we interpret it, that will Change the outcome we choose to receive from it.

This is what this Moon is all about…

Every day is a new opportunity.
Once we have seen something new, we have to let go of our old limited perception of it.

It is an opportunity to open ourselves to something we may never have dreamed about or even thought possible.

It is a gateway through which we will all pass, however some will be screaming and kicking.

So take a look at everything that is showing up in your path right now and begin to question whether you are looking at it as a contradiction to a belief you may hold or a behavioral pattern you may not wish to give up yet.

Begin to Honor Your Self and realize that the Universe is presenting this to you in order for you to catch up or join in with it’s Evolution.
It is reminding you that you are an integral part of it, not a separate entity.
That if you choose to let go of your little fears and join in with it, you will shift into a much more loving and acceptable human being and be supported fully as a part of the whole.

Many Blessings to You All… I know the journey is not easy but I can assure you that it will never be dull and boring.
