Choose Love No Matter What
Last night in the Lewiston, Maine shooting –
18 innocent people were killed, and many others
were wounded, including children
Let us hold these individuals and families in our Hearts
sending them and their families Peace, Light, and Love
Let us also send it to all who hear about this horror
Our world is not well and is fractured in many places
the suffering that spreads like wildfire appears to have no end
So today, let us quietly sit in Peace and send Love to All
Gently close your eyes and slowly relax into your Heart
for it is here that we gather as a collective field of wholeness
One Love, One Heart sharing divine energies and blessings
Let us rise up into the heavens to invite all
who are feeling the pain of suffering and death
Using Our Divine Peace, Love, and Light
to remove and heal all wounds of their hearts
Let us also include all of our ancestors to be released as well
for we also carry the scars of the horrors they, too, endured
It is time now to heal and release all that is not healing us

Within each of our hearts

Allow Your Love to include all who suffer physically or emotionally.
Be the Light of Joy for those who are sad or lonely.
Be gentle with those who are hungry or homeless.
Be kind and compassionate to all in thought and action.
Encourage your Heart to seek truth and trust and rebalance the brain for Love to thrive.
It is our opened Heart that heals ourselves and others.
It is our shining Light that removes the heavy darkness.
It is each of you honoring your True Self which the Universe supports.

2023 More Peace…
Looking forward
into the time frame
we call a year
the usual dense fog lifts
as Light warms, the cold air
created by the fear
and suffering of humanity
Create more Peace
is my message
from the inner voice
reminding me of
the Peace, Light, and Love
I experienced and
became 31 years ago
Sharing that Peace
is just as easy
to gift to others
as the Light and Love
you now share
with all living presence
you meet or hear of
Peace is the Key
that ignites the Heart
which dissipates the fog
and melts the frozen waters
allowing the Light and Love
to flow with ease and grace
