This picture taken from a Cruise Ship several years ago as we approached Bermuda always makes me smile. Then when I read this quote, the marriage was made.

So many times we get stuck in thought forms that are not vibrant expressions of who we truly are. We move through life with our heads down and everything has a grey tone as if being hidden by a fog of confusion.

2 weeks of a New Year have elapsed and there has been so much cleaning and clearing in all of our lives. We sometimes don’t notice it until we look up from our sorting and tossing of what no longer serves us.

What a Beautiful Morning, as the thought of living in a such a world of vibrancy and diversity dances through my energetic body.

The time we have to share with each other is to not be defined by our busy-ness.

It is in the briefest moments that we can share our joy and alignment and shine brightest.
It is a brand new moment that carries us into the opportunity to co-create wonders.
It is the compassion and love we can embrace each other with that creates the beauty.

Let us not look back at the Ocean we have crossed to be here Now
Rather to thank it for teaching us that the journey is always a test of balance
which we can release whenever we remember our commitment to our Self
