Letting Go Within The Heart

Let us look at the world around us
quietly and without judgment
knowing in our hearts
that this is not who we are

Gently breathing, with eyes closed
let us look within our hearts
knowing in our minds
that this is not who we are

Yet here within our Heart
the pulsing and breathing
tell us that we are present
within a field of living resonance

That resonance is not who we are either
it represents us here in this dimension
for we are even deeper and more peaceful
than any of our words can express

We are beyond words now
yet We are still present and whole
holy and at peace if only for a moment
witnessing our letting go
of all interference affecting Our purity
