Blessings to each of you as we arrive at the Full Moon again.
Lao Tzu’s message about change is thousands of years old, yet it defines our daily lives.
Change is always constant and continues to bring about a slight feeling of fear with it.
Another quote by Lao Tzu is, “If you correct your mind, the rest of your life will fall into place.”
We are beings of change, and our evolutionary journey has never paused for a moment. We are to look for the positive energy of change rather than hold onto the negative distortion that fills us with fear.
Our bodies are well adapted to balance us in any situation; however, since childhood, we are taught to listen to a daily monologue of fear-based programming and are not respected by thousands who see us only as an opportunity to take something from us.
That change in our human behavior has brought us to this moment, and we know the feeling very well.
Take some time daily to gently recognize the shift in your energy where you begin to get frustrated or feel lonely and confused. Becoming aware of these moments allows you an opportunity to pause and come back into a more peaceful inner self.
We cannot create peace around us if we don’t know what peace within us feels like. The real change we need is within and is as natural as our breathing.
Slowly breathe in without any noise and pause briefly before calmly exhaling. Allow yourself to follow the energy in both directions with gratitude for this fantastic simple practice, and remember that you are a unique being here on Earth.

(1) My dad, a very brilliant man, and I struggled until the last days of his life. He was bitter and could not forgive his father. His anger stemmed from not going to High School in order to stay home and help his mother raise his 9 younger brothers and sisters.
He never wanted marriage until after returning from the WW2 Army-Air Force and was chided into it by my mother’s siblings. He felt safe with her, as due to her health issues, children were not to be expected.
I was diagnosed as a tumor while in her womb and I felt the shock when she was told that she would carry this tumor in her arms. Now his trauma and lack of parental guidance became my cross to bear.
As a result I resented his bitterness and failure to help me make correct childhood decisions. His anger and pain became mine and I rebelled against all authority.
My own daughter became a victim of it all as well, having been born when I was 19 years old and was still in a place of self-abuse but not seeing it as I lived in my own Flower Child Life Imagination.
I send Blessings to her and her daughter for having to endure the ancestral pain that could not be understood or averted and which came from both of her parents.

This Father’s Day, let’s not only honor all the fathers and father-like figures in our lives but also extend to them a lot of gratitude. Being a parent is a huge responsibility, and we owe a majority of the shape and texture of our lives to our parents. Fathers — and mothers — set the family culture and design the family’s path into the future, the path from which each member will eventually branch off and create their own.
And at this moment, in 2023, the world is experiencing an invitation to shift to a new way of living and being on this earth. A shift away from an absolute separation of the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine to a balance of these energies. father holds sons hand
Being a father means many things: producing, providing, supporting, and guiding. By definition, “father” also means “source” or “a generative force.” Therefore, being a father calls for action, not presence. But when we move toward centering both the masculine and feminine energies, that’s when we start living more consciously, granting equal importance to action and presence.
Fathers, what would happen if you started to listen to that small, still voice inside of you instead of the large, restless noise of the external world? As we work to mature our species, to unfold a future of harmony and awaken to the interconnectedness of the Universe, it’s essential to realize that each and every one of us is a part of the generative force of life.
Every day, there are nearly eight billion people on Earth creating in the image of the Creator. And more than 70 million of them are fathers in the United States alone. What if instead of fathering in the manner of old — a more austere and authoritarian way of parenting, a resistance to our connection with all life and the cohesion of the Universe — we took residence in the cohesion and really attuned ourselves to the Divine Oneness of life?
Residing in that cohesion requires presence. And presence is a space — a pause from action that invites a new form of fatherhood to emerge.
So this Father’s Day, we’re celebrating the fathers of the past who helped us reach this evolutionary moment, we’re celebrating the fathers of today who are embracing a new type of fatherhood and helping to create the world we want to unfold, and we’re celebrating the fathers of the future who will listen, understand, connect, and preserve more than those who came before them. I’m guessing many of you, the fathers reading this message, fall into all three categories!
Thank you to all the fathers in our lives — our colleagues, our partners, our sons, and our friends — who are answering the call, awakening to the universal frequency, and doing the work to generate a more harmonious and peaceful world.

Grand rising to all as we move further along in recognizing how confused we truly are.
The words Balancing and Blaming caught my attention this morning as I quickly scanned the internet.
The word Blame shows me how much we like to point away from ourselves when what is happening to us or around us is difficult to accept.
Years ago, my guides offered me this explanation,
Being/breathing
Lost/lonely
Amidst/among
Multiple/magnified
Energies/egos
Blame – v. To hold responsible or find fault with.
Blame is an energy field that is chaotic and creates separation within us so that we direct our focus of personal power away from us in order to re-establish a sense of self-control and balance.
Balance – n. A stable mental or psychological state; emotional stability.
On the other hand, balance is stability in which we feel secure and can use our higher dimensions of awareness to avoid all chaos or harmful responses as we evolve.
We are not the only living forms evolving at this moment, so how do we bring ourselves back into a rhythm within which we can truly see and feel no longer separated, staying within the wholeness of our more significant embodiment?
Let us gather in a sacred circle’s center and call ourselves back from the edge of the abyss into which we are pointing.
Let us gather in the heart center, visualizing a brilliant Golden Ray of Light descending into our hearts.
It flows like a Golden Nectar river as it collects within us and calls us to bathe in its warm and deep loving kindness.
I know that in this womb of Light, it is easy to feel yourself melting into the warmth of this Bliss, which passes all understanding.
Remembering once again that we are whole and complete, we become that in grace again.
Each of us is a part of the other in Harmony and Balance – In Joy and Peace.
Remembering that this is who we are as we leave this sacred and loving energy.
Returning to our body awareness, we will now see the many scattered particles of our lives as only journeys we took while returning to wholeness.
As each season begins, we can feel a shifting in our personal energies that is both physical and electromagnetic. Both require our Heart, mind, and body to function within vibrational balance.
We are all Water-based beings that appear as solids, yet we cannot flow with ease and grace without fluidity.
The Heart is our active vortex which supports the vehicle of our body in more ways than we are consciously aware of at any given time. Unless, of course, we sit still in meditation and tune into it.
Like the rivers and streams around us, our inner balance appears as a feeling of peacefulness when there is a gentle flow. This gentle flow assists us in tuning in to our higher balanced self.
How does balance feel for you? How does imbalance feel?
Not feeling balanced is the first signal our body sends as a reminder that our vibrational energy is not stable or is getting supercharged from outside interference.
This supercharging trigger dysfunction within our neural and muscular systems and our organs.
As we move forward or spiral outward on our journey as humans, we need to awaken to the new technologies now being presented for our use with more awareness of what they will do to the neural network of all living species.
Seek to find ways it is unbalanced and threatening our future generations.
Earth has been a commodity for ages. Water is now a commodity.
April Full Moon Blessings to everyone as the changes of the seasons have begun to shift our focus on everyday life.
These three words called to me this morning as a message of renewal.
MERCY – compassionate treatment of those in distress
COMPASSION – implies pity coupled with an urgent desire to aid or to spare
KINDNESS – loving-kindness as tender and benevolent affection

Each of these words describes renewal which is a word that offers many different possibilities for change. It is an opportunity to tap into a world of new potential, where our thoughts and actions can redefine how we communicate with each other and learn to live in unity once again.
Evolution is a constant process encompassing all aspects of advancing in ways that benefit the whole rather than the few. It is never held prisoner or encapsulated to halt its progression. If that were possible, we would not be having this conversation. Our future generations would not be preparing to bring forth their wisdom to rebalance what has been distorted or destroyed over the past centuries.
The month of April is one where dramatic change happens all over Mother Earth. From beneath the surface to the highest heights. So, as without, So within.
It is Spring, and you are taking plenty of time to observe all the changes in your future vision and desires for the next generations. Listen to the songs of the Elementals, which prepare for the next seasons of Summer and Winter.
Take time to release your worries, fears, and self-abusive behaviors.
Find ways to weave Mercy, Compassion, and Kindness into every moment.
Recognize when false prophets are leading you on the News Media.
Learn to understand when your negative thinking is triggered and release it peacefully.
Each of us has a vital role in nurturing and encouraging future generations to lead in halting past regulations that are harmful to all life.
Awaken to your Inner Divine Self that you have always been and shine brightly so that you may be seen and heard, especially by those ready to listen to words that unite, not separate us from each other.
We must co-create a New World of Harmony that does not mistrust its leaders, where Humanity becomes a commodity, like Mother Earth, Her Water, and Her Air.
As for Kindness, let us see our better selves in each other and strive to encourage and assist this magical energy to reach higher frequencies and be shared by our younger generations.
Blessings to each of you, as we have a lot of work to do together for our children and their generations to succeed and respect all life again.

Two words which each of us hold up as powerful symbols that are sacred and yet we are sometimes challenged with them in our daily walk of life.
We are all given opportunities to experience them outside of our physical self, yet we can be fearful of them within.
Their opposites are always around us and can be seen and felt yet within us we have a great ability to move them into a seemingly safe place where they are hidden away.
This stuffing action is mostly autonomic which allows us to move on with our lives until something triggers them and their energies spread through our personal presence.
We then have to struggle with or try to run away from them and each of us know these feelings and their many forms.
I think these words arose in me today because of the St Patrick’s Day story of ridding Ireland of snakes. For this is much like snake behavior that strikes us without warning and if poisonous will end our lives in many ways.

Here you will see that there is no darkness only light and you will receive love and healing
the feelings of darkness, lies, and misunderstanding will gradually subside and disappear as you embrace your true self that was hidden behind all of that
let us find our darkness, accept our denial, and receive all that we need that has always been there but hidden beneath our misunderstanding a pool we truly are and what power that we each individually have and even more so as a collective which when it comes together joined at the heart free of the past shines light upon everyone.

It has a peaceful energy of attraction that allows us to bring to our awareness all possibilities within any situation we may find ourselves.

For thousands of years, false beliefs and information have blocked our ability to communicate with the unseen universe or our multi-dimensional self.
I remembered how John Lennon sang to us about a world where we might imagine being at peace, without separation, in which the whole of humanity would live “unattached to material possessions.”
Our world has changed dramatically since then, and we have become enslaved in ways we could never have imagined would happen.
Warned by many writers who informed us in their books, we looked at them as illusionary and allowed the corporate world to redesign how they present information.
When leadership becomes erratic, the result is confusion, and very soon, destructive behavior begins to increase.
Our physical bodies respond in many ways, and we might not understand why because it happens very slowly.
However, when we recognize that all information, we receive has an energetic frequency, we can begin to diminish its effect on our physical being.
If we don’t like the music we are listening to because it is emotionally disruptive, we change the channel or turn the source of it off.
We are now being called from within ourselves to become aware of the sources of our distress and do precisely that.
Imagine that you no longer need to be misled by information designed to create fear rather than understanding.
The ability to refuse what is no longer healthy for all of life on Mother Earth is a choice for everyone—the future generations, are those young minds who get targeted to follow Artificial Intelligence rather than trust their fantastic imagination.
