Abundance Of Love
Where is the Abundance of Love, we ask?
It is right here within us, waiting to be released.
It is the Love We Are and the Love We Give to everyone.
It is the Compassion We allow ourselves to feel for All who are suffering.
It is the moment we recognize our suffering and relieve it together.
May each of us tap into this precious Love flowing from our hearts
allowing it to seek all whose suffering cannot be hidden any longer
Let us remember that the Power of Love is not a second-hand emotion
nor is it a fairy tale or an imaginary drama
Love is Limitlessness, beginning simply with a smile
as it opens the doorway of our precious hearts to others
Allowing an unlimited flow of Unconditional Love
to be shared with everyone and then return
to the Abundant Universe for a constant flow.

Transfiguration of Our Personal Heart
As we gently focus on our Heart
we think of it as a physical part of our body
Yet it is also a highly efficient generator of energy
which, when finely tuned, will become a field of creation
we begin to live in harmony and balance, truly
Love, Grace, and Praise create a balanced field
from which our emotions begin to harmonize gently
Our Feminine and Masculine imbalances return to wholeness
and the distortions of our attitudes become no longer able
to direct us away from loving kindness and joy
At this moment, we are receiving an awakening
that is beyond our brain’s hostile thinking program
All of this will tend not to make sense as it happens
although it is preparing us to trust our hearts
in all decisions, especially when the brain is frozen solid
Our Hearts are the Fire of creation, not destruction
although we have all felt it frozen beyond the ability to melt
We are now turning up the heat that comes from Pure Love
and learning to transfigure all of humanity beyond its imagining

The journey to reach deep into our hearts
is the beginning of finding our inner truth
Each of us is more than we appear to be
and more extraordinary than we can believe
A continual flow from the Unified Field of Love
pulsed into the world around us
We, the gatekeepers, deny it
yet move as a steady and peaceful wave of energy
Each of us is also a mirror for teaching each other
how little or much Love we allow to come through us
We see beyond the physical into the field of the energetic radiance
reflecting off of each other and unconsciously make a judgment
Let us now clean our physical mirrors
so that the world can see and feel the authentic energy
that we are now all called to share.

Soothing Our Personal Heart
Our Heart is the center of beingness
which gives and receives life to our body
It is deeply affected by the world around us
as well as the energy we do not see within us
When our Heart is weakened by daily distortion
we are slowly diminished and become condensed
It is in this moment of awareness that our Heart speaks
throughout our physical body with a warning of danger
We may call it fear, yet it is only an alarm system
to awaken us before we become deeply damaged
Soothing is the result of calming, relaxing, quieting
with an intention to remove all disturbances
It is the rhythm within us that is out of order
and can be re-harmonized, but external sound frequencies
Like the music, we hear with our ears
the drum beat of our Heart must be in tune
Find the sounds or vibrations around you
that bring back harmony and balance
Or the unbearable distortion will never
release the unbearable distortion within
