10.11.12 poem

We are but the seeds of Love
awakening in time
constantly seeking
the Light which nourishes us

The darkness of our germination
Now coming to an end

We reach out to the pollinators
that we may blossom and flourish
bringing forth Peace and Love

Beltaine Blessings

Beltane 2015

Am Beannachadh Bealltain (The Beltane Blessing)

BLESS, O Threefold true and bountiful,
Myself, my spouse, and my children,
My tender children and their beloved mother at their head.
On the fragrant plain, on the gay mountain sheiling,
On the fragrant plain, on the gay mountain sheiling.
Everything within my dwelling or in my possession,
All kine and crops, all flocks and corn,
From Hallow Eve to Beltane Eve,
With goodly progress and gentle blessing,
From sea to sea, and every river mouth,
From wave to wave, and base of waterfall.
Be the Three Persons taking possession of all to me belonging,
Be the sure Trinity protecting me in truth;
Oh! satisfy my soul in the words of Paul,
And shield my loved ones beneath the wing of Thy glory,
Shield my loved ones beneath the wing of Thy glory.
Bless everything and every one,
Of this little household by my side;
Place the cross of Christ on us with the power of love,
Till we see the land of joy,
Till we see the land of joy,
What time the kine shall forsake the stalls,
What time the sheep shall forsake the folds,
What time the goats shall ascend to the mount of mist,
May the tending of the Triune follow them,
May the tending of the Triune follow them.
Thou Being who didst create me at the beginning,
Listen and attend me as I bend the knee to Thee,
Morning and evening as is becoming in me,
In Thine own presence, O God of life,
In Thine own presence, O God of life.

Descendants of Alba

Scotland by Dougie Cunningham

As I start to organize my computers I keep finding poetry that I have written in strange places…

Still not disturbed
by those profane
Yet reached within
with words of heart
Which claimed us
at the very start

Alba from whence
our ancestors hail
Return we will
when time doth claim
in the seeds to plant
which will remain

A memory for some
in time to come
Forge us all now
in fiery remembrance
Which claimed us
at the very start

The Fire Within

The Fire Within

In the midst of every thought
there is space and emptiness
where pure creativity dwells

The potential lays dormant
as the mind rushes by
in its ever increasing speed

The seeker may catch glimpses
as moments of revelation or
fleeting sparks disappearing

Inspiring clarity and manifestation
opening pathways to bliss
re-igniting long sought passions

Here is where we truly dwell
infinite in every possibility
Creators with Divine Will

A Way of Thinking

Alone -Illusions - Thich

Sometimes we think way too much
finding ourselves lost in whirlwinds
which seem to overtake our minds
and send us spinning into emptiness

Let us learn mindful living
which observes and flows
with being happy
and sharing happiness

In this present moment

Fear of Falling – Coming Together

23 Monday Feb 2015

The Lake
Fear of Falling / Coming Together

Living is that far away mountain
that we are forever in fear of climbing

It is the fear of falling that keeps us from trying

To succeed we must continue to look up

In childhood we play in the valleys
safe from the high winds
and the storms on the summit

Protected from the reality
that someday we must pick up
and go to that mountain
and start the climb up

Many of us never make that climb
Some – climb more than one

Yet there is always that far away mountain
and always that fear of falling

Before we were borne into this life
we were safely entombed,
sustained in a sea of life
in our Mother’s womb

Protected, provided for,
never alone,
we were one with her

When we were born – we fell
fell from our sanctuary of life
fell into this vast cold world

We were born with the fear of falling
and separation and aloneness

Fear of falling – fear of changes

Are these not the causes
for our lack of living

We need to re-entomb ourselves
in a sanctuary, Alone
where we can look at the mountain
and not fear the unknown

Success at living
is not measured by what we have
or what we’ve done

It is measured
by how we’ve overcome
our fear of falling

Black Moon Message

18 Wednesday Feb 2015

Black Moon

There are times like this when a New Moon is in process that we sit quietly and reflect on where we are headed. Much like a road trip where we sit in the rest area and gather ourselves for the next leg of the journey.
I consider this my sacred time, the time frame wherein I can look in all directions and observe the course of my previous choices and choose again. This is a very important opportunity to not waste.

Our freedom to choose has been coming up for me lately and there are many choices being made as a result of several collective timeline occurrences. Aging physically in this dimension is perhaps the one which precedes all others. We are existing in a dimensional time line and although there is a shifting of energies we will remain physically in tandem with it. Note I did not say in harmony with it and there is a difference.

We are physically connected to all that our 5 human senses perceive and is impermanent yet at the same time we are able to discern a self that is eternal and has physically manifested in many dimensional timelines. This is where our freedom to choose is most important.

We have chosen to be here in this timeline from a very different point of existence which continues alongside this incarnate one and which becomes more accessible during this New Moon cycle. Let us all just take a few moments to access that part of ourselves and ask for input into our decision making.

Our multidimensional alignments are not to be ignored much like in our physical body. Choosing to overreach or ignore are able to create as much discord and unhealthy outcomes in all expressions of our Selves.

Many Blessings to each of you as we join at the Heart and rise in Love

2014 in review

The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2014 annual report for this blog.

Here's an excerpt:

A San Francisco cable car holds 60 people. This blog was viewed about 700 times in 2014. If it were a cable car, it would take about 12 trips to carry that many people.

Click here to see the complete report.

As a New Year begins, which for me is always Winter Solstice, I look forward to sharing my Heart and Passion for Life with you in many new and creative ways. It has been a Joy to become a part of this community and continue to learn from your wisdom and encouragement.

Peace

May we each be a part of bringing Peace, Light and Love into each others lives, as the world we live in which contorts and screams in its re-birthing pain. May it begin to heal through our united intentions and gift us all with more of its beauty.

Release From Bondage

17 Monday Nov 2014

I read this and it stopped all my thinking and planning of what I was going to do etc. The balloon floating away and the thought of letting go of expectations was exactly the release I needed.

It is Monday and we have been programmed to plan and meet deadlines and receive a sense of satisfaction or remuneration for our efforts… yes we do live in bondage of expectation.

How many times have you moved through your day expecting to get paid? The expectation of compensation is almost subconscious but it is there. A “thank you” expects a “you’re welcome”, a kindness expects a kindness in return. If you do not receive these things,

Of Asters and Beach Plums

Soft sea breeze
full on face
Sunshine warming
from behind

Delightful Fall Sunday

Tourists now
have had their fill
and the locals
return to the shore

Surfers ride waves
without restraint

Asters and Beach Plums shine!
