Morning 1st Glance 10.27.16

2016_10_27_1655_

Isn’t it a beautiful world
when we can be thrilled by color
quietly carried in the feathers
of those who visit our yards
in the not so early morning…

2016_10_27_1659_

There within a stone’s throw
and on constant alert
they protect each other with alertness
thankful for the offering of food
from the human gatherer
yet wary of his threat to their survival

2016_10_27_1655_

Satisfied of no imminent danger
while still attuned with all faculties
they are united in their energy

Teaching us all that sustainability
is dependent on trusting each other
to share in the abundance
while on guard from predators

quiet-waters

Quiet Waters resonate
internal stillness
all perception fades away

Let us take a moment whenever possible

to make available
to acknowledge

…internal stillness…

to permit
to yield

…all perception…

to create space
to Allow

Completing Cycles

23 Sunday Oct 2016

2016_10_23_1647_

Such is the nature of Maple
whose green shade in Summer
allows for gentle breezes to flow
creating lazy afternoons in lawn chairs

First came the changing colors
the inner knowing of a cycle
calling itself back to center
releasing the extension of itself

From Red to Orange and Yellow
softly falling to blanket the lawn
increasing volume with the weather
so suitable for inner water to move

The long drought of the season
perhaps was uncomfortable
yet her fireworks display
is a spectacular testimony to us all

As we also move through the seasons
our water flows to uplift us
and in return retracts on silent cue
to timelines we each create within us

Perhaps we too are thirsty
and calling ourselves back
into the roots of ourselves
to rest and unite within our hearts

One cycle completes as another begins
and so the rings of our inner planes
expand and regenerate in worldly rhythm
in accordance with ancient protocols

In Peace We Remember

2016_09_13_1512_We are filled
with fading memories
of beautiful moments
enriched by love

All worries and fears
are left behind
in the body
where they once dwelled

We rise
in a glorious vibration
of our deepest
heart resonance

A sea of joy
on which we float
carefree once again
enriched by love

Morning 1st Glance – 10.6.16

2016_09_29_1600_

Some mornings we awaken
in a somewhat tranquil state
not seeing the Sun yet
and question arising

The cool temperature of Autumn
settling in all around us
with heavy dew on the grass
and branches becoming barren

Beaches remaining untouched
except for the lack of tourists
who now are left with memories
of their escapades in the sand

Yet new sensations of color
begin to lift our hearts
as we move into patterns
that are more reflective
2016_10_06_1607_

As we begin to settle ourselves
gathering many resources
for the journey through Winter
which grounds us all once again

From a Field of the Past

Traveling into the distant past
we sometimes find
our self

Scattered along the path
or in the shadows
moving quietly

Nevertheless
we are there remembering

Each step triggers another
and we find this walk
so challenging

Every energy center on high alert
receiving information
and fully alive

How amazing to be so aware
of the diversity of all the forms

2016-09-27-16-34-39

We have ever been in our many lifetimes
…Thank You…

Tonight I pray…

May we all accept our responsibility to protect and preserve our most precious Home – Earth – from destruction

May our grandchildren and future generations forgive us
when they can no longer live here on Earth

May they have memories of how beautiful our Home was
when the rivers flowed and the land was fertile

Some days we awaken
to the Light of Day
with a sense of heaviness

The world around us
as well as at a distance
seems to have a heavy aura

Day after Day
the information we receive
becomes almost a burden to bear

And we forget the Simple Life
in which there is always change

We can always choose
what is not necessary any longer
and leave it behind

Liquid Light Morning

08 Thursday Sep 2016

Tags

2016_02_06_crb

Morning Light upon water is just so amazing…

Let us just for a moment
stop everything we are doing and sit quietly

let us for another moment
imagine planet Earth turning towards the Sun

let us now imagine
that we are a river of reflecting water

We’re much like the picture above and the few short lines which have briefly taken us out of our human routines. It connects us to a much deeper part of who we truly are on an energetic level.

Most of us fill our days and nights with lots of activity and so we are much like a river, which not only ebbs and flows with the tides, but is constantly flowing from its source to becoming unified, with the whole of the ocean.

For most of the time we exist here, we are unconscious to the greater whole of which we are part. Constantly evaporating as the Light Energy of the Sun transmutes us and returns us to enrich all life forms we encounter once again.

Let us just for a moment
remember that We Are Light

let us for another moment
also remember that We Are Water

let us now remember
that there is no separation
between the Water and the Light we are

The Water We Are
contains the Light We Are

and in that Awareness

We Are Liquid Light
One Ocean of Source Energy

Passionate Man

Passionate Man…
questioning everything
in order to love deeper
never quietly surrendering
being carried along by a hope
that all may dance in the Light

cRb 9.4.16

Let us all reflect on how the word Passionate resonates within us.

Where and how do we each express this in our daily lives?

If someone were to thank you for being passionate would you be able to see it in yourself.
