71st Trip Around the Sun

As I embrace and prepare to say good-nite to my 71st trip around the Sun in this physical vehicle… I pause to reflect on the many moments of both Joy and Pain that are still repeating themselves within many new forms.

Teaching me that each of us are always connected within them by the frequencies of many deep and indestructible waves, of Peace, Light and Love.

It is within these waves that WE are truly free to choose and to change all that no longer serves the Greater Whole and to set them free forever.

The world around us is reflecting what is going on within us and its unpleasantness cannot be hidden any longer.

We have come around the corner of the Stone where there is no place to escape, lest We face Our Most Precious Self before moving forward.

Ultimately it is through Gratitude and Respect that We are bound to the Greater Fields of Existence which are becoming revealed to us.

It is Our Choice now to embrace it All in spite of our fears or to remain in place and wonder what it might be like.

The Waves of Peace, Light and Love are always flowing, however our challenge remains,

“Will you step into the Water Of Living Presence and let go of all your fears?”

Masculine and Feminine

 

Embracing both masculine and feminine energies instead of selecting one over the other allows us to feel into them and receive the amazing understanding of how they are truly intertwined and cannot be separated except by delusion.
We learn that they do not have to be equally balanced but equally accepted as a vital part of ourselves and to deny one is to deny the other.
Thus the imbalance occurs as a natural reaction to the denial of the truth of our Oneness ~Riverman 3.10. 2017

How beautiful it is to feel loved
in ways that dare you to express it with words.

Yes, and here they flow…

Safely held within a blissful energy field
of balance and harmony
Spiraling yet focused,
whole yet fractalized
Brilliantly shining and knowing
what can’t be seen nor spoken

It is here during a Full Moon
gathering at the Inner Well of Life Waters
that We embrace each other without
any sense of unworthiness

Where Do We Go

Good Morning Everyone….
Here on the Southwest Coast of Maine of this auspicious day there is not any sight of a Rising Sun.
So the photo which I have posted before with other words has now been resurrected to serve as a lovely reminder that the Gateways of Heaven Are Open.

A new pattern of awakening to all the pain we may face has now become an old friend… that I would love to slap silly. Yet is a reminder of Big Changes.

What Kind?
How Many?
For How Long?
All are valid questions.
However when we are requiring the world around us all to inform us, WE are betrayed by information which separates everything into fragments of what is or can possibly be,

Our human tendency quickly becomes … Let’s mess with it.

I want You to play a little game with Me…

Let us take a deep inhaling breath, holding it for a few seconds and then slowly allowing it to leave without force.

The incoming breath was powerful… it felt empowering
The amount of time WE held it… allowed us to pause
And OUR exhale… was perhaps a little more gentle that you might have expected.

Repeating a breath pattern of this nature allows us to calm down and reflect
much differently on what is happening in our present lives.

Were We calm and quiet, feeling fine and looking forward to the exhale.
Or were We counting heartbeats and becoming more impatient or perhaps held back?

Where ‘WE Go From Here’ depends on what happened during that PAUSE.

The little message on the photo is a memo from your Guides
 to take more moments in which you can reflect on your choices.

Not because it is not in alignment with you or something outside of you, or that other messages you may receive feel more important.
It is one in which you are being told that you are never alone nor forgotten.

As OUR JOURNEY continues from this place of uncertainty let us not be fearful but hopeful, even though the dark clouds will seduce us into watching them…

It is the Bright Light
that reminds us
of Our Truth
So remember that
there is so much
to be done
and YOU ARE ready.

Do Not feel hurried or feel that you may be falling behind…
You Are Right On Schedule

Brigid’s Day 2.1.20

Halfway between Winter and Spring we  have an opportunity to embrace the magic of our constantly unpredictable lives.

February 1st has always been a day of honoring Brigid as it was also my mother’s birthday.
Brigid’s name has been spelled in many different ways and Her story has many aspects which were rewritten throughout the many centuries of storytelling and changing authorities of human belief systems.

The story for me was always embodied through my Mother who could talk to animals, attract and read tea leaves for those who were going through confusing experiences and loved cooking in her iron skillet.

In many ways She was caught somewhere between Winter and Spring and was challenged by Summer and Autumn.

She was sent to America because her family of 10 siblings could not handle her energy as the youngest and most uncontrollable free spirit of them all. So at 18 years old she was sent off across the Atlantic to America and her oldest sisters in hopes they could control her visionary and amazing gifts.

They failed and in turn destroyed her with their misunderstanding of the Amazing Being She Truly Was. She was of the lineage of Brigid from ancient memories which were now denied in an industrialized world of personal emotional imprisonment.

So I too carry those Gene Codes and so have you carried Gene Codes of your Ancestors which have been depressed and held back under fear of criticism, beatings and shunning.

The Birch Tress above speak of a Life where the water flows and we gather in deep balance with our roots carrying life throughout every branch and leaf. To be seen among all others as a sign of  exceptional beauty and independence yet connected by our roots.

So these are my thoughts today as I embrace my Mother in respect and also my Great Great Great Grandmother Brigid of so long ago. Knowing full well her Presence is such an Honor to  Uphold

And with Her watching over my shoulder I wrote these words this morning as I read another version of who she is and why I honor my Mother for her struggle with this deep heart connection.

Let Us Embrace

Our Ancestral Energies

Diving into the Ether

From Which We All Emerged

Hail All the Elementals

Supporting Our Evolution

Blessing All that Passeth Away

To Be Renewed In Love and Light

Through Our Hearts Of Fire

And May They Burn Bright

Let Us Embrace

Mount Agamenticus on 1.15.20

There is so much to be Thankful For, yet we get distracted.
We forget what is precious and seek what is worthless.
It is now the moment when
We align within Our Hearts
to bring forth All that We Are
without fear or self-judgment
As the Light shines through to Earth
so too, are We those rays of brilliance
which the dark storm clouds try to block

When We embrace in Light and Love
the darkness is not only illumined
but enriched beyond our understanding

We become whole and complete
to peacefully uplift each other
rejoicing without hesitation

A Christmas Miracle

Christmas Morning 2019

Around the world there are moments which have brought us all to question everything in our lives.
Today is one of them, whether or not you are a believer in the Christian Faith.

For me it is easy to believe in the birth of a Savior, whose name has been taught to me as Jesus.

In my first awakening this morning I was greeted by 333 as the numbers on my clock. The number of the Master Teachers.
My gratitude was overwhelming as I felt the energy of this message today, which also represents the 28th year of my sobriety.

I was reminded one more time, that everyday I awaken is a gift I have chosen,
not just for myself but for All Life and the Evolution of Humanity

…My Christmas Story…
It was 2 months after my drunken death and return to life in a motorcycle accident.
I was broke and still drinking with no purposeful meaning to life.
Deeply wallowing in self pity, after being homeless and having lost everything in my material life through divorce and bankruptcy.

Yet in all of this insanity My Beloved Soul Mate took another chance to invite me to her home for Christmas with her family.

The accident and my return from death had not stopped my alcoholic behavior and so on Christmas Eve I was again intoxicated beyond any limits of civility.

I did have a moment of Divine realization which went through me like poison. To have me feel the violation I had committed, through my behavior to My Beloved’s Divine Gift of sharing Christmas with Her.

The pain of this admission of my selfishness and ignorance was too much to accept and I could not bear it.
In my anger and shame I cried out to Jesus, on a stairway as I was leaving and screamed

“Jesus, If you are real, then take this from me or let me die again.”
Words, I will never forget.

So for me the Miracle became…
I have not had a drink for 28 years without any urge or suffering of withdrawal.
I have spent these 28 years with my Beloved in Peace, Light and Love.
Enjoying every moment that Life has offered through Her and Her family which is now mine as well.
Sharing my Heart with All who are sincerely seeking their Highest Self and even those who are not able to understand what that means.

My Christmas Miracle carried forward is the Presence of My True Self
and the ability to share this morning’s Light with you All

Much like the picture of this morning’s Sun
rising over the Atlantic Ocean through the clouds.

The Blessings that I offer to ALL Today are

To Know that in your darkest moments you are always heard,
That no matter what you have done or what the outcome may be, You Are Loved
That when we surrender fully to Our Divine Light, ALL That We Are Is Available
And Please Remember that Everything flows in the direction
of the Light We Shine Outward from Our Hearts.

The Light of Epiphany

These words were written as a reply to a picture taken of Satin Light on Lummi Island, WA…overlooking the Pacific and posted on Facebook by a friend in 2011.

Almost 8 years later as she wanders through her back pages they arrive back into my awareness by her thoughtfulness of reminding me of the post.

As I read them…

In the shining light of our awakening moments,
we are the receivers of a joyous epiphany,
resounding throughout the ages,
to carry us forward by our hearts,
til there is nothing left but Love. ~crb

Their Light and Love lifts me and I respond with the above photograph taken at Sunset on Mt Agamenticus  in York Maine as a gift in return.

Let us not ever forget how precious Our Words can be when they flow from the Heart.

October Full Moon

October Full Moon Flowers

This Full Moon has brought so much beauty before my eyes.

The leaves are changing colors and falling more rapidly as Autumn progresses yet these three flowers were embracing the front entryway of St Georges Episcopal Church in York Harbor, Maine.

Perhaps they are a reminder…
to take more time to embrace the natural world around us,
to loosen our grip on the plans and schedules we so carefully create,
to teach us that if we cannot find beauty in what we are doing,
to change our patterns and be seen in our own unique and individual brilliance.

Let’s tuck that thought under our pillows tonight and dream a new experience.

After All…
It is the Hunter’s Moon and Her gift is to assist us in seeking what nourishes Our Hearts rather than our bodies.
