It is the time in our earthly cycles which represents rebirthing, transformation, blooming or flourishing.
This April begins with a new moon that allows us to embrace the darkness and realign within our beingness.
Many think that this darkness is very challenging, yet it is where everything has an opportunity to be reborn.
The meaning of April is “to open”, and as we think of the flowers that burst through the soil to reach the warmth of the Sun’s Light and so too, we follow that same natural rhythm.
Each is desiring the energy of love, balance, and harmony.
Each desires to be appreciated and admired.
Let’s pause for a few days as we enter Spring and contemplate what we might like to change within us as we reach out for the Light that will make us stronger and stand up to the strong winds and rain of our future.
It is a time to depend on our roots to keep us grounded as we seek deep within us the strength and commitment to offer beauty to the world around us.
We each are seeking the Truth of our magnificence in an environment that is wasting away from neglect. Yet, our magnificence is right there and around us as we rise from the darkness. We are Alive.
Each of us has gifts to offer that will bring forth healing energy in others—the healing of our emotional darkness.
It is a time of renewal and calling forth the Light so that we can embrace joy again.
The world around us responds to our energies, and the more will allow the Light to enter our Hearts, the stronger the energetic vibration becomes to reach those suffering.
It is an excellent time to reflect on where you want to be in this re-gathering of caring souls.
It is also a time for a change from pleasing everyone around you to living your life from deep within your heart.
Humanity has taken many wrong turns in its evolutionary path, and they are slowly becoming unavailable. So it is time once again to Trust your Self.
1 It is the right time, and it is best the season to listen to your heart and feel yourself knowing that the brain chatter is now in need of a good cleansing.
2 Recognize that living in the future depends on your very simple choices at this moment.
3 Trusting yourself brings you to the Truth within yourself, and from there, all positive change occurs.

This morning I awakened to see the Sun piercing through the clouds. It reminded me that we are always in motion here on Mother Earth as we move through the Universe in a time frame that is only spoken of in numbers.
Numbers have no feelings, nor do they live or die. They are only an expression of quantity which have no feelings or emotions.
I was guided to randomly pull A Soul Inspirations Message Card by Kahliya, which offered the following message:
I am A Child of the Universe
I know My Worth
I Anchor My Existence
I Am A Blessing To This Earth
Let’s feel into those words and reread them.
It is a vital message to all of us right now as we need to remember who and what we truly are.
We have been taught many things over thousands of years and have had many things hidden from us that explained our true selves.
Most of those teachings were lost in the many wars we have experienced over thousands of years. We then had writings that were missing much of the true history of our ancestors.
As we look around right now, we are being led to believe many things that are not true, only to guide us along feeling aggravated. Furthermore, this subjects us to mistrust each other as this information is written only to keep us from receiving the Truth.
We now need to look deep within ourselves for the Truth that reminds us of our ability to care for each other and Mother Earth.
It is time now to let go of much of what our minds are being fed. And listen to our hearts which are the source of our physical existence. No heart, no life.

I so love how I am led to information that benefits me by listening to my heart; it allows me to be a part of the change we all see in our lives to end the suffering and destruction within and around us.

The heart starts beating in the unborn fetus before the brain has been formed, a process scientists call autorhythmic.
Humans form an emotional brain long before a rational one, and a beating heart before either.
The heart has its own independent complex nervous system known as “the brain in the heart.”

Loving Potential
Each of us has an inner wisdom which cannot be denied

Each of us is seeking Love outside of ourselves and from someone else
Yet it is within us waiting to be released into the greater field of energy that surrounds us

So that we can lovingly share our heavenly light with each other as we did before entering these bodies

There is so much dark and heavy energy now being broadcast into the minds and hearts of all humans.
It doesn’t matter what age we may be.
Having just celebrated my 73rd birthday and being overwhelmed by the Love I received from people I never met in person has spoken to me deeply.
We truly are beings of Love and Light who have been treated like machines in a world of planned insecurity.
We are at a place in our evolution where Freedom is not “just another word for nothing left to lose”; it is a time of awakening to our Truth.
Many might ask, What Is Truth??? For it has been mixed in with so much distortion created from greed and anger.
Your Truth lies deep within your Heart.
It has always been there and cannot be erased like words on a blackboard.
As a collective, we have been separated by the recent pandemic and rulership with no respect for life.
We have killed each other and all other forms of life on Mother Earth for thousands of years and are destroying Mother Earth herself.
So I offer this writing of mine from a couple of years ago;

Let us gather within Our Sacred Heart energy.

Every day we can be grateful and share it with someone.
We are all experiencing life as humans.
Each of us has a different background with many wounds.
Yet gratitude and thankfulness will pull us through the quicksand, and that cannot occur if we can’t honor the Love and Light within ourselves.
So Happy Birthday to you all from my 73-year-old Heart and may you shine your Light and share your Love with less judgment of those to whom you send it.
Know that whatever they are moving through is as painful as yours, even when they appear to have everything you might want materially.
The most potent disease is one of the Heart when it is not seen or heard or rejected as worthless.
Let’s turn Mother Earth around from her devastation and co-create with her rather than what we are now doing.
These are times of many trials for each of us. The chaos and instability of worldwide leadership are causing each of us to dive deeper within our own traumas without any warning.
Everyone is being challenged in some emotional way without warning. We have been put on the edge of an abyss that appears not to have a bottom, where we are asked to fly without ever having flown before.
Yet some moments flash through us where we can feel more powerful than ever before. As if we are achieving a level of consciousness hidden long ago in our evolutionary journey as humans.
The flying is not physical, nor is a depth of darkness anything to fear. We have been here many times before and had to make choices without any external assistance or guidance.
We are now being guided and adapting to trusting our deep inner self that lives within our hearts and is now rising to bring forth an inner Spring season where we grow through the darkness and blossom.
Yes, I’m an optimist and seek beyond my sadness and suffering because I have witnessed it within myself in this lifetime. However, it takes commitment and moving through the obstacles without fear.

I have learned how little we truly need to live in balance with the world around us. And when we do, everything begins to move in synchronicity with our true peaceful nature.
It doesn’t mean that we will not have moments of despair or fear; it means we will be able to move through them and appreciate them for the wisdom we have gained from them.
I often think of how mesmerized we became in our technical wizardry yet lost our kindness and compassion through the violence portrayed in front of us on that tiny little screen.
We have been programmed to suspect each other and believe some authority system will somehow save us from being victims of generational trauma we have experienced for many centuries.
As we begin to awaken from our inner and collective darkness, we slowly embrace Thoughtful appreciation as the Light starts to rise within us. Gratitude creates the encouragement to open our hearts and release more of what is within us by lineage, not personal action. We then clear away thousands of years of darkness that has been glorified by the domination of a male society that is insecure in its worthiness and chooses egoic competition over peaceful leadership.

A Course in Miracles card I pulled this morning reads,
“having rests on giving and not getting.”
Today, as we look around the world, we see a problem in our human relationships.
We are being taught that fear can overwhelm joy in more ways than we have ever experienced.
We are then diminished to a state of insecurity and questioning life from a place of shadows within us.
So the question today for us all is, “Are we recognizing the fear within us and unknowingly sharing it with each other?”
What do we have as individuals that we can give to each other to improve relationships and encourage a sense of reconciliation among 7.9 billion humans in 257 countries which intentionally or are generating fear?
We each already have the ability to change our focus from wanting to have more to give of what we have without the fear of loss.
The more we know who we are and what we have within our hearts, the easier it becomes to offer it to others.
Giving from our hearts creates a warm glow within us like a candle that flares brighter and provides more light. It offers others to feel appreciated and being seen as worthy.
Giving from our hearts helps us to lift ourselves emotionally and overpowers the fears within us by confirming we are worthy.
Worthiness is not about material objects or power. It is held in the vessel of kindness, and when we choose to return to thoughts and acts of kindness, fear is not only diminished, our self-worthiness is restored.
Then Love not only displaces fear but diminishes its presence in others with whom we share the gratefulness we feel in our hearts.
So please think about how you might shift your inner awareness from wanting and having to how can I share what I am with others, and in that transition, what is truly needed for your joy will appear without so much struggle.
SHOW NOTES 2.4.22 Each of us is deepening into who and what we are, and we are taking a journey to rediscover who we are and how we are, to live with each other in the future.
1000s of years ago, our ancestors lived in harmony in their tribes. And as they expanded into the world and met other tribes, their simplicity and innocence eroded and became hostile. The process of ownership and who’s in charge, and all of these things came about. They tried to make treaties with each other, tried to get along with each other yet, it always brought up a part of us that wasn’t getting the whole message that we are all one humanity.
Yesterday the Global Heart Team message was about Re-humanizing the Global Heart. So today’s topic of onward and inward in peace is appropriate for all of us.
I want everybody to think about what’s happening within us to deal with changing things, both Earthwise, personally, and collective humanity.
It is essential to know that each one of us has an opportunity to participate in this in ways that we may not have been aware of, or we may have we may wish to do, but we don’t feel safe enough, or we don’t feel we have the power to do that.
We’re moving onward and upward and creating a space for humanity to take a look at itself as a whole. Then, we can stop all of these divisions and all of this judgment.
I believe that it will take perhaps many generations to do this. But this is the starting point where many of us who are looking at life around us have a choice to choose, do I be friendly? Do I be loving? Do I be kind? Or, do I take the role of victim and hang on to that belief that everybody is victimizing me.
As a victim, I need to fight, and I need to argue, and I need to defend myself. But, unfortunately, the way we have behaved as human beings over the past 1000s of years has certainly not been kind to anything living.
We have now reached a point of pollution in this world, a point of destruction, a point of greed, that has never been the likes of here before.
We are the ones who created it.
We are the ones who keep sustaining it.
And we are also the ones who have the power to change it all.
So let us begin with what I wrote yesterday for the Global Heart Team.
Rehumanizing the Global Heart
Softly I breathe into my Heart
seeking the precious connection
between us all as humans
there within that field

We bring forth a wave of Immaculate Presence to fill the hearts, souls, bodies, and beings with Divine Sustenance.
A gift of deep nourishment for the aching psyche in search of its true origins.
Simple, immaculate, and wholly ever-present this Gift of Grace shines through us as we honor each life before us.
We meet in resonance and welcome each being to open their true nature and shine.
To offer the steady hand of our encouragement and say, “only you can decide to rise up.”
We cultivate and encourage growth through inward silent gazing, as we sit in our witnessing presence…abiding in our utmost unspoken truth.
We came, to be here at this time, to steady the Hearts and Minds of those trembling with insecurity as worldviews fall apart…and yet a new vision of awareness is at hand to guide our presence gently home.
We are here to restore the “original intent of creation” with the realization and actualization of our oneness and unity with the source of all being.
God is Light and We are Light, for we are made in the name and nature of all that is.
At times it feels like a destabilizing whirlwind of shaking and quaking, as the core essence of our being comes back to life after eons of dormancy and sleep.
A raging river of Light floods the senses, as we are carried along in a torrent of Love… imploding our emotional body with deep inner knowing and silent awakening truths.
Consciousness itself is experiencing a profound pole-shift…all of the old Archetypes that have underpinned civilization, outdated narratives and storylines are dissolving.
Foundations upon which we held steadfast in belief, are shaking and cracking, as the new way pushes up from the core of our Divine Awareness.
Exhausted from clinging to the familiar and comfortable, many simply don’t know how to truly let go of their treasured beliefs.
There is confusion and uncertainty as pathways once relied upon, fade and disappear.
What worked before, no longer applies.
For much of humanity is starving for meaning and deliverance out the current circumstances.
Asking to be shown the way through this narrow passage from one age and epoch into another.
How do we clear the confusion that clutters our hearts and distorts our perception of real, deep, and profound connection?
Where are we called to be, as the great quickening arrives?
To this we offer this answer….
We are here to exemplify the way, by being way-showers of our individuated acts of Inspired Creation.
We live the way in each breath that is consistently aligned within the Heart of our inner glowing awareness.
We offer the way through gathering in sacred circle and upholding council in our silent prayers and living light-songs of the remembrance and recognition that we Already Are what we Long to Become.
We instill the way, in our daily living as a whole and holy celebration of being, as our food and sustenance of being welcomes others to abide and restore their way of receiving life.
Not just as subsistence and but as a revelatory experience of profound existence.
Rising up from the depths of the soul; finally surfacing after eons of preparation, is a revelation of a whole new Spirit of Being.
One that co-aligns and coalesces in the acceleration of Light entering our Hearts.
For in truth, it’s in the Heart of our Hearts where all transformation occurs. Not the mind.
It is not capable of perceiving and conceiving, the Eternal and Infinite shift …only the Heart of the Heart, our Infinite Self is capable of receiving the harmonizing radiance that fills the instrument of our communion with awareness and awakening to the “Source of All That Is”.
The Heart of our Heart is always in direct union with the whole. An in-built divined design that is the wholly instilled with the Presence of Divine Reciprocity and Devotional Love that fills our whole being, with the gift of Grace.
Once the Spirit of Cosmic Unity arises and arrives in the Heart, the mind simply aligns with the great unifying principle and bows down in service to the One. It acknowledges and recognizes the Luminous Leadership of the master-presence streaming through, and therefore accedes to the true nature of Life, Light and Divine Love.
So we say this unto you…you who are listening and awaiting the call to rise, arrive, and act upon the great inspiration and illumination entering in from your Eternal Self.
We are here for you, to simply be with you as you adjust and recalibrate yourself to the ever-flowing radiance of soul and source guidance that is actualizing your True Nature.
Not to do anything for you….just to abide and stand in our presence, as you transition into your effulgent (shining) true nature.
We have always (in all ways) been here…. as individuated guardians and guides, living human forms offering gifts of the Spirit.
We are within you as illumined messages and deep inner knowing’s…we reside in that powerful Place of the utmost High and offer our Heart-Soul Presence to those ready to live the True Spirit of Light and Life.
We offer the wonders, and awe of Exquisite Beauty, that Crowns your most glorious Truth…just by being here and remaining here until all have passed through the gate of Heaven’s Eternal Light.
Behold the wonders of your true nature… Simply by being present in the presence that offers the great wisdom of the ages.
Of things that come and go, the impermanence of matter that is ever-transmuting and transitioning into new forms of existence, and finally the Eternal Promise of the ever-bearing and ever-renewing spirit of the Gift of Grace that offers love to all awakening beings.
The gift of life and consciousness… that which lives Eternally within Omnipresence, Omniscience and Omnipotence.
It is our birthright to return and reattune ourselves to this holy and unbounded truth.
Once again, we state in all Loving Presence, “We are here to restore the “original intent of creation” with the realization and actualization of our oneness and unity with the source of all being. God is Light and We are Light, for we are made in the name and nature of all that is.”
May we harmonize our Hearts with source of our true nature and simply live as our Natural Divinity resounds through all Eternity.
Remember this…

I hope you could think about the moments in that reading that hit you with awareness or a hopeful message. A beautiful soul received a message and chose to share it with us.
I want you all to come deep into your hearts and know that there is nothing more important than our breathing into our hearts and seeking the connection between us all within this field of unity that we indeed are. Love is the essence of living, and opening our hearts is the most important thing we can do right now.
I know it hurts. I know there are many things we need to offer forgiveness for and end.
I know the journey is going to be a challenge.
The other day, it hit me as a form of withdrawal, like a drug addict or an alcoholic who goes through periods of withdrawal that affect their psychological and physical beingness.
What we’re experiencing now is a collective withdrawal from our addiction to power and our addiction to control. We are now at the point where we must return and remember who we are as Love, Light, and Peace.
Thank you. I respect you, and may each of you open your hearts and not fear, for you are the amazing grace that exists on Earth right now.

Welcome to the last Friday in January of 2022, where confusion and optimization came to me after watching a Hawk sitting on a tree limb in full view of all the birds at my bird feeders. Both of them knew the other was there.
The smaller birds knew that just as they were seeking to survive the cold winter, so too was the Hawk, yet they could quickly become his.
I could feel the confusion and fearful caution as each bird would dive and not stay long at the feeders. They reminded me of us as humans right now, who are in a state of confusion about our survival during the past two years.
We are like the many birds watching the Hawk and wondering if we are in danger or do we believe that the Hawk is no threat and carry on as if there was no danger in sight.
We, as humans, are funny birds! We are constantly gathering and chatting to the point that we no longer can understand what we are trying to communicate.
The rapidly changing structure of the world we live in tells us we must carefully choose our next moves. But unfortunately, our sustainability is constantly weakened by selfish choices rather than those beneficial for all life on Mother Earth.
The word optimization arose as my computer was not responding very well to several of my choices of seeking specific information that I could share with each of you today.
Interesting that we have programs to optimize our computers, but for ourselves or the world in which we live, the programs appear to weaken the system rather than solve the problems within it.
So the question for each of us today becomes how we optimize our lives to move out of the confusion and co-create better sustainability without fearful control of others.
The answer lies within each of us, of course.
How can we shift our thinking and behavior to respond without violence or separation?
The answer, of course, is to look within our hearts and recognize how out of balance we may be.
Not to create judgment but to honestly see what we might change into more positive energy.
Instead of all the wanting and arguing, we let us see what we can contribute to each other.
Caring for each other comes from within us caring about ourselves.
Meaning we must optimize ourselves first.
It doesn’t take much more than saying to yourself, “I want to be happy and free to live my life in balance and harmony.”
We are then finding ways to achieve it without harming or destroying others. Not just in your family but around the world as we are one family of humans. Despite what we have been living or taught!
So let’s optimize our ways of thinking not by erasing the past but by finding what is no longer beneficial for all.
I know that it won’t happen instantly. Yet, suppose we do not leave the confusion outside of us and optimize the internal self. In that case, our future generations will live in a world of electro illusion and not know their full potential as Humanity.
Once again we are moving forward from within our hearts to a more expansive understanding of our True Self. Today’s words enlightenment and perception are floating in my mind as the energies that are needed to quicken the inner processing of thousands of years of abuse and suffering.
All of us are carrying forward the ancestral trauma of their evolutionary processes designed by those who decided for us how we would live together in larger groups and communities.
I would like to think that there was a time of innocence in which the communities did not live in fear, yet even in the primordial wilderness there were many things that without fear we would not have survived to write or listen about.
So let us understand that our collective journey to this moment has been very challenging and perhaps we could think of it as a miracle.

Perception derives meaning from relationship. It is the human mind which in many cases, misinterprets everything that it encounters in our human journey. It is split it in two and reflects the possibility of choices for us to ponder.
We end up trusting our lives to a part of us that must make choices based on information it receives from outside of itself. Over thousands of years, we have lost our true ability to trust what our True Inner Self can sense even before it may encounter it.
Resulting in a confusing drama as to where do we place our trust and what is truth.
Enlightenment offers us a vision that is singular and able to be seen before the duality of our brain begins to analyze and gather information about it.
It is from our hearts rather the mind that messages are sent more quickly than the brain can process and react to.
As a weak understanding, think of the many times you are startled by something. You may have sensed something with your energy field that is governed by the heart and became startled only when the brain caught up to the message your body was already aware of.
That awareness is enlightenment in one of its simplest forms. You received the light frequency before any other physical signal for the brain to think about.
Enlightenment is the key to our human future. How can we return to that place of innocence where the trusting of our Light body leads us rather than the secondary analytical human brain?
I will only say that each of us are now at some levels awakening and aware of that inner self which is struggling to find the truth outside of us. For many it is their basic survival mode that they are triggering which becomes very aggressive.
So let’s focus more within our hearts as we gather information and ask ourselves if what we are choosing for others would be acceptable to us if we were in another person’s energy field.
Perhaps if we use our then heart enlightened minds we might see a more peaceful and beneficial for all life solution to our fear based model of global living
