Opening Our Hearts For Ukraine

Gathering today, we open our hearts

wider than ever before

We breathe deeply to anchor Our Love

within the Heart of Mother Earth

Let us now offer it to all human beings

in both the Ukraine and Russia

Visioning that each of their hearts

receive an inner change of deep compassion

May the energy of peace and joy replace

all the distortion within their minds

And shift their conscious awareness

from the ages of greed and jealousy

To the New-Light filling us with

deep inner respect for all living beings
