My friend and teacher Shelley Darling has published “Songline of the Heart”. Thank You, for this wisdom and unique offering of your Heart Resonance.
It is an extraordinary journey of deeper awareness and synchronicity that changed her life. She is a woman who has changed many people’s lives while discovering herself in a world of healing herself, others, and energies in the land that cause distortion and illness.

Belonging in the Global Heart
The Global Heart allows us
to share Love with everyone
Offering us a grander view of each other
Enhancing our ability to see beyond the physical
Offering a gift of receiving messages without hearing
Teaching us to Trust what is deep within our hearts
Loving those you have never met
who share their kindness and compassion
without any fear of judgment
The Global Heart reminds us that we are never alone
and satisfies that longing to be heard and felt
from deep within and beyond our pain and suffering
We become much more able to listen
and to recognize more deeply our positive abilities
which we have to offer the world freely around us
As a Global Heart, we have a single heartbeat
aligned with Mother Earth and all life within her Divine presence

Each breath is a Gift of Life that began as physical pain in both Mother and Child during birthing. There was great pain but no suffering.
The suffering follows as the illusion of separating from who we indeed and genuinely are as One, began.

Thanksgiving 2021

Fear Teaches Us Many Things
Most of all it makes us selfish
We cling to safety and argue about individual rights
We choose to not get involved in helping others in need
We create an illusion of comfort based on objects and separation
We move into survival mode and the fear overrules our thoughts.
May fear be recognized and dismantled
by reawakening our ability to Love and be Loved
We often talk of positive and negative energy
which in other words is Love and fear energy
May your choice be what is able to nourish you
not which diminishes and distorts your thinking
By managing the impact of fear on our behavior
Love automatically opens like a flower to the Light
To be seen and adored even if only for a short moment
changing the energies of our daily walk from fear to Joy

A Pond of Fear to An Ocean of Love
How different are the Waters within us
when we are offering Love to them
rather than pouring them forth
in a state of fear
Each one of us at some time
dwell within that pond of fear
Where the feeling of drowning
creates the energy of panic
and Our energy becomes
erratic and overly stressed
Creating that space where
We are no longer able
to communicate in a loving manner
In that moment and all which follow it
We are sending a signal to the world
that is irrational and alarming
8 billion pools of fear
separated and unavailable
to respond to each other
Let us now open the gates to our Heart
That Ocean of Love and embrace each other
with ‘waves of oneness’

Deep within Our Heart
Love began its journey
even before we were born
We came into this world as innocent and curious
forms of Divine Love
Each of us given an opportunity
to explore and experience
the power of Love in a world of duality
Love in duality is still singular and whole

It is able to be expressed
