Hearts Rising In Gratitude – Show Notes 8/13/21

Once again, we are gathering, and the topic is gratitude

It seems strange to talk about gratitude amidst all of what appears to be mass destruction.

However, it is sometimes the worst situations in our lives that bring us to realizing what we need to let go of.

So many people around the world, and perhaps some of you, are suffering losses that were unimaginable three years ago, and you might say to me, how can I be grateful in the midst of what I’m going through.

We are now at a place and time within the evolution of humanity where we are to look at everything in our lives as both an ending and a beginning.

At first, we are overwhelmed, and then we experience our ability to let go of what we have thought made us who we are. From that moment, we begin to look forward and upward to see if there is something better, not outside of us but within us.

This moment of awareness is called a strategic inflection point, the moment when we know, we cannot continue and need to shift into a new paradigm.

When we reach this point, we may feel emotionally overwhelmed and can’t imagine what direction to move in, and the separation between our thoughts and actions becomes radically challenging.

Here is where we need to create a still point to look back through our living history.

Gently notice what can no longer be carried within us emotionally, all our past traumas, all of our suffering, all of those incidents where we feel scared or lonely.

Both individually and collectively, those moments of trauma keep us from seeing which direction we need to flow forward again.

We can continue the circle that we are on and repeat all of that pain and suffering in a different form, or we have the choice to rise and break away – leaving that circle to follow our True Heart, whose guidance is being directed from a higher dimension of awareness.

Our Sovereign Awareness, the awareness of the Source of who we are in Truth, Light, and Love.

It is not an easy choice to make, and many of us get stuck right here at this point of inflection.

If we get stuck there, we do not release all the traumatic stories of our lives; we then become somewhat trapped and look outside of ourselves for somebody to save us.

The message today is that you are your savior, and you come to realize that you have an innate power to choose to rise out of the misery, the pain and control that was put upon you by past experiences, present people, and future concepts.

You will then begin to feel that you are genuinely in a state of awareness and freedom where our evolution does not need permission from anyone or anything to occur, for it is the natural flow of humanity.

You can look back throughout our recorded history even though it has been rewritten with lies for thousands of years, realizing that this has occurred many times, and if it hadn’t, we would not be having this conversation this morning.

So, we move forward in gratitude; let’s think of it as leaving that circular pattern that keeps us repeating the same mistakes in different ways.

As we all know, Mother Earth is in a period of serious dilemma, and as we are a part of Her, we also experience that suffering.

It is here that we need to create a still point to look back through our living history. We are seeking to find what can no longer be carried forward within us emotionally.

All of our past traumas, all of our suffering, all of those incidents where we felt scared or lonely, for it is all of those moments of trauma both individually and collectively that keep us from seeing which direction we need to flow forward and upward in.

We can choose to continue on the circle that we are on and repeat in a different form, all of that pain and suffering, or we have the choice to rise to break away from that circle to leave it behind us to follow our hearts. Our true heart, whose guidance is directed from a higher dimension of awareness, is always waiting for us to acknowledge it.

As we all know, Mother Earth is in a period of severe dilemma, and as we are a part of her, so too we experience that suffering.

Yet to think about escaping mother earth to go live on other planets is an idea from people who refuse to realize that they are the ones who have created the damage here. And rather than correcting the damage they have done to Mother Earth, they, like the history of humans tells us, go somewhere else and make the same pattern of destruction there. That is the old paradigm, which has caused all the pain and suffering we are experiencing right now.

So how do we rise in gratitude? First, we have to come back into our hearts; we must recognize how we can live together more harmoniously and peacefully.

Being more peaceful is not a new thought; this has been my journey for most of my life. From the time I was a child on the streets to who I am today, it has been a journey of complete change.

Yet, when I look through my life, I recognize where the places were that stopped me from changing along the way, and I realize the pain of those moments and offer them forgiveness.

Not because I’m honoring them but because it’s the only way to release them from my consciousness at the level where they recreate the trauma. The trauma stopped me at that point in my life.

Let us look within ourselves to recognize what’s happening in the world that stops us from being in our hearts right now.

Please make a list of those moments as they appear to your mind, read them, and realize that the points in your life that have been most painful and most distressing cannot continue ruling your life anymore.

When I look through my life, I recognize the people and events that stopped me from acknowledging my true self, and I realize the pain of those moments without fear.

Then I can acknowledge them and release their energies.

I offer them forgiveness, and even if mourning the loss of someone.

I honor their presence in my life and bring them within my heart.

Let us now look around for the people in our lives that honor us, that love us without conditions and choose to be with them.

Begin to disconnect energetically with those whose energies no longer align with the positive power of our hearts.

Let us make this journey one of rising in gratitude to be filled with peace, light, and love, and they know that as we heal ourselves, we also heal mother earth.

We will live and co-create together in more harmony and peace as we leave the past behind and choose the new paradigm in our evolutionary path.

Space For Love & Healing – Show Notes 7.16.21

Good morning and thank you as we journey deep within ourselves.

Today I want to talk about something that we don’t do unless we reach a point where everything within us and around us starts to crumble and fall apart.

The evolutionary timeframe that we live in right now is filled with a great deal of distortion, and it affects all living beings, more particularly humans.

Each of us has spent over a year in a state of heightened fear due to a virus that has spread worldwide and taken the lives of our loved ones.

As a result of separation and the rewiring of our neural system to protect ourselves, our brain has been overloaded with new information at a rate never before experienced.

I’m sure some scientists will argue that we are fully capable of handling this overload, yet each of us is beginning to show signs of extreme fatigue due to stress.

For me, it has been relatively stable until recently when the so-called Brain Fog has presented itself as a formidable foe.

Time to be alone has become a very mixed bag for many of us, and we are being challenged to create it and honor it.

As an act of Love and Compassion, we are being called to make tiny holes in our schedules to detach from the radical energy stream and find Peace.

Finding Peace in this craziness is not an easy task, but we are creator beings and have far more capability to heal ourselves than we have been told or might think at this moment.

The key to all our healing is Love, and here is a quote from a newly published book, The Guardian Gateway, by Kim Wilborn:

“The more Love you feel, the more powerful you are. Think about that for a moment, and notice how it applies to your own life. To be a truly powerful force for good in the world, we have to extend the Love we feel to include our own selves.” – Kim Wilborn.

It hit home with how we are constantly sending Love to others and know it is always available as we send it, yet how much do we send to our physical self.

Each of us needs to create more time to focus on allowing Love to flow through every cell of our bodies to heal our wounds and distortions.

Let us listen to our bodies and honor them at a deeper level.

Our Love and Healing is honoring all that We Are and replenishing our physical structure with the Divine Presence of Grace and Peace.

Grace and Peace are the keys to Our future generations, and We are the Keepers of the Keys.

Create both time and space to listen more deeply within yourself and allow the pain and confusion you hold within to be released, even if it is only for several short periods each day.

We may get overwhelmed by all that is changing at this rapid pace. However, We are Creatures of Peace, Light, and Love and need to tap into that Energy to refill and replace all the negative images we have of ourselves with those which hold the many frequencies of Love.

Then let us share them with everyone, for as we honor ourselves, it becomes easier to honor all others.

We are One Heart, One Love, and One Humanity

Freedom Of Unknowingness – Show Note 7.9.21

Good Morning and Blessings to All on this day of the New Moon representing “a return of the Light,” which invites us to empty our pockets of all that no longer has any meaningful purpose or alignment with our journey into the future Self.

For some, unknowingness may feel overwhelming, and they try to avoid it by adding more tasks to their already overwhelming to-do list.

Hopefully, for those listening today and reading this message, there will be a moment of pausing in which the word knowingness incites curiosity.

We are entering into a New World that is not being planned as well as we may be told by those who claim excellent knowledge for that they are not free to swim against the incoming tide.

All of which leaves most of us to float, which requires our releasing of old thinking patterns and adjusting to living more at the moment.

Indeed, this can be overwhelming for some, and if you are feeling that, please take some time to connect back to nature during this New Moon.

Find those places where you feel a sense of wholeness with Mother Earth and can let everything go, even if only for a few moments. Those few moments will deepen into hours and reset the awkwardness of unknowing.

In nature, we become whole again because we are Water and Earth in our living form and need to reconnect to that part of ourselves.

Our trust in those whose selfishness has eroded our living standards has caused an imbalance in the world around us, and we have accepted that they have power over every aspect of our Living Planet.

We are now witnessing the danger and foolishness of this thinking that came from insensitive greed or, let us say, “intense and selfish desire for something, especially wealth, power or food.” (Google)

A message this morning from the “Gabriel Message Cards” by Shanta Gabriel reads as follows:

“Your way to freedom is by total acceptance of your incredible differences.”

If we look at the world, it appears that our incredible differences are not being heard or respected.

Nor are they realized as having any importance, which diminishes our self-worth and allows the overruling of great masses of individuals.

Especially those whose solutions to situations take power away from our global society’s established but hidden organizational structure.

I ask each of you to honor yourself first as a lovely being of Peace, Light, and Love.

Let us;

Step out of the chaos and into our local wilderness.

No matter how large or small.

Let us;

Take moments to unknow something and see it as if for the first time again from a place of innocence.

Let us;

Remember that the word freedom is not about fighting for something. It is a natural order of life here on Planet Earth and part of its structure.

Many influential wordsmiths from many centuries have rewritten everything to serve those who seek and are in power and control, and it is now time to listen to those who touch your Hearts, not your minds.

I offer you this poem from our Global Heart Team gathering yesterday:

The Smile of Love

is always held in precious and caring energy

waiting for the perfect opportunity

to rise and flow to all in need of its light and Peace

It is in our stillness that the reservoir becomes witnessed

and confirms within us how powerful it truly is

Unconditional Love… How Precious and Omnipotent

silently awaiting our choice to share it with others

Let us all travel deeper into this reservoir

witnessing its endlessness and readiness

honoring who we truly are as Love

the Divine Source of all Life

Love becomes Light and then flows within Peace

and is eternally replenished without our struggling

for it is We who are that reservoir eternally

and momentarily embodied in this physicality.

Show Notes – Presence Of Light Talk #200

Blessings to the Humanity Healing Founders for this uplifting and gentle space from which I speak to the world.

As I look back over the first talk from August of 2017, the title was simply the word Gratitude.

There have been so many changes in the world over the past four years that it is in many ways unrecognizable.

My guides have always helped me play with the words giving each letter a word that resonates with its meaning. A game we still play as an affirmation of our inner childishness that has not been destroyed by the chaos we have witnessed and endured over time.

Gratitude
Giving
Respect
And
Thanksgiving
In
Time
Understanding
Dimensional
Eternalness

These words have a completely different meaning today for me, and yet they never changed.

We all need to make a time-frame in our past and use it as a reference point. I like to call it my Flexible Zero Point.

Flexible in that we change the logical date and make a point of origin for a timeframe in which we can overview what we have experienced on any level.

Presently we are a circle around that point that expands and contracts much like our heart, a toroidal field.

We are here to look for those moments where gratefulness arises from the shadows as Light from within us.

As we look into our imagined Flexible Zero Point, the only change occurring is our position as we stand around it to look for gratefulness shining.

Each moment in time
is an avenue in eternity
whereupon we stroll hand in hand
until we join heart to heart
then in Our Oneness
we radiate through all dimensions

We are living now in a world that is becoming a challenge for many. Yet, we all have an opportunity to overcome the anxiety or sense of loss through our gratefulness for our abilities to shift and change as rapidly as the world around us.

We are One Circle with over 8 billion points of Light encircling the Eternal Center Point.

Let go of fear and despair, for it only keeps you a prisoner within your flesh. Instead, allow the energy of Gratitude more space to bear witness to all that you indeed are and have to offer all life forms on Mother Earth.

RECALIBRATION 6.25.21

This word arose in my life recently as if it were the sun or moon peeking over the horizon.

At first, I thought of it in mechanical terms yet knew that something beyond my understanding at this moment was happening not only to myself, for it was happening to all living presence here on Mother Earth.

As humans, we have been led to believe many things that are just not true; they are dangerous facts based on a minimal collective agreement that is being corrected.

Each of us will experience this in many different ways and learn to adjust to it to have a more natural recalibration, rather than an electronic or genetically manipulated one that will serve only a few and not align with Mother Earth which supports all life forms.

Ask yourself this simple question: How am I personally experiencing recalibration?

Begin to still your mind and listen deeper to your Heart as if it were a river of wisdom you have lost connection with.

May you begin to realize that our hearts are calling us home from our minds, reconnecting us to Mother Earth.

As, unfortunately, we have been mesmerized and confined in over processing everything we encounter and blindly accepting it as truth.

I call it the original Artificial Intelligence, which may sound very judgmental. Yet, when it is allowed to be directed by energetic forces controlled by machines, we have lost our ability to see everything as it truly is.

Our recalibration may not be pleasant at times, and we may feel as if we are being singled out and blamed for something like little children.

Nevertheless, the message of recalibration is to bear with it all and come to a deeper understanding that we will become closer and more aligned with all of life on this fantastic Living Planet as we discern our responsibility to each other.

The longer we hold on to the beliefs that have created the need for recalibration and listen to the machines that will continue broadcasting those messages due to a small group’s greed and power, the more we will be disconnected from our actual self Creation.

We have done this before, and it is just a distortion in the greater Field of Resonance which is a state of perfection in Auto-correct.

Let us not judge what arises within us but no longer see the purpose it once had and let it disappear into the Light and Love We Truly Are.

Be gentle and kind to yourself and allow space to nurture what is painful within you.

Take a look at all aspects of your daily life and make positive changes to the negative aspects.

Please do not allow the mind to tell you that it can’t happen or that you are not worthy, for that is what we have allowed others to have said to us for thousands of years and that only their way was right, and we need to listen to them.

The time of recalibration is to listen to our hearts and keep them open no matter how many times they are attacked and wounded.
