Become A 10

We all deal with numbers daily, but it is not all about our finances and wealth. It is also a language of sorts with many meanings and values that are spirit-based.

10.21.2022 breaks down to 10, which is 1 and 0.

Number 1 relates to self-leadership and ambition…

It calls us to look deep within ourselves for the truth of our purpose in this rapidly changing world.

Do you have a hidden desire that you never told anyone? Perhaps it is time to begin to explore the possibilities of a new beginning.

We have been taught and continue to follow what everyone else tells us without ever knowing us.

World leaders now see us as numbers on a computer screen and treat us with the same concern as their profit margins and commodities.

The new beginnings driven by motivation within bring a level of trusting more deeply in our abilities.

Those gifts of wisdom create progress for all life here on Earth and achieve a triumphant feeling within us.

What or Who is this SELF that is deep within our hearts?

This optimistic, confident, highly creative human being is You without fear and with a determination that rises unadulterated from within your heart to the brain, which knows its place is to listen rather than calculate and respond.

You were born a 10, and the 0 represents New Beginnings.

Some call it the ‘God’ force, while others recognize it as Universal Energy.

How we try to classify it is less important than what it truly is and how we respect its power.

In many ways, the energies change forms or intensity yet always remain within us to keep balancing and harmonizing the physical structure we call a body.

Those energies refer to our spiritual self, which, when focused on, offers us a higher vibrational understanding of all we cannot put into words by many teachers.

All great teachings speak of the same energy source according to their focused ability to transpose it all into a way of life.

Our intuition then cannot be trusted and becomes a foe that is needed more than ever to see through the confusion humans have co-created over thousands of years.

Pay particular attention to your intuition and allow leadership and honor to declare your independence and creative powers.

Each of us is needed to be original, determined, and individually successful with our energy as we co-create positive actions to re-balance all of us.

Love Transforms Your Experience

It is an amazing time to be here on Mother Earth.
Surely you might think I am crazy when I say that with all the tragic events we are caught in the middle of. Yet I speak of your Greater Self.

That human being which is now leaving the cocoon and learning that it was a butterfly not a caterpillar all along. Yes, we are leaving behind our limited ways and learning the beauty and power we truly have within us to be free.

When we think of butterflies we immediately think of flowers and how they are pollinators. They feed on the nectar of brilliant flowers which enables them to spread the pollen from one flower to another.

This is who we are in many ways now as we share Love and Hope with each other. We can now begin to see the new gardens of Eden and realize that the more we share the pollen of Love the brighter the Light becomes to attract us.

Humans are a part of the natural landscape, but they forgot and chose to rule over it instead. Filled with desire and a fascination to become more powerful than any of natures other beings we have also created a way to destroy it all in minutes.

Our star ancestors are now watching very closely and will not allow us to destroy Mother Earth. So we will witness only the dismantling of human greed and desire to enslave all so that only a few have abundance and the rest suffer.

What I wrote for the Global Heart Team yesterday speaks to the pathway each of us will take in order to rise and gather together to remove what is now separating us all.

Abundance Of Love

Where is the Abundance of Love, we ask?
It is right here within us, waiting to be released.
It is the Love We Are and the Love We Give to everyone.
It is the Compassion We allow ourselves to feel for All who are suffering.
It is the Compassion We allow ourselves to feel for All who are suffering.
It is the moment we recognize our suffering and relieve it together.

May each of us tap into this precious Love flowing from our hearts
allowing it to seek all whose suffering cannot be hidden any longer

Let us remember that the Power of Love is not a second-hand emotion
nor is it a fairy tale or an imaginary drama

Love is Limitlessness, beginning simply with a smile
as it opens the doorway of our precious hearts to others

Allowing an unlimited flow of Unconditional Love
to be shared with everyone and then return
to the Abundant Universe for a constant flow.

The Light Within

The Light within you is getting brighter and easier to access to counterbalance the darkness around you.

Everyone is changing as a part of the evolving collective consciousness. We call humanity.

Everyone feels suffering at some level due to beliefs that no longer align with who we are awakening to be at this moment.

In many ways, it is a re-birthing of the Soul, which I define as the Source Of Unconditional Love and the Source Of Unconditional Light.

Either expression is appropriate for humanity to evolve and become a more unified field of energy that assists Earth rather than destroys Her.

The rising suffering within us is triggered by the energy field of fear directed at all of us as civilization collapses.

It has never been done at this scale before. Because now, so many people are consciously awakening with an ability to assist in its progress.

Each of you is to leave the confusion of your brain and enter your heart to remember and receive the wisdom carried in the Light you are now receiving.

Be kind to yourself and honor what is revealed to you as a gift. Do not struggle to hold onto what no longer has alignment with your newness.

The Light within you will guide you through all darkness and suffering.

Let us take a few moments to pause
and to let go of all our frustrations

Let us melt into our deepest self
which has no form or agenda

Here in this stillness, there is only a heartbeat.
offering its unique rhythmic beating for us to feel

It is here in this unified field of our living presence
that World Peace will arise for all to remember

There are no words, no distractions, and no judgment
to interfere with the gentle and magnificent pulsing

Our Heart is what sings the songs of Light and Love
that shift the human consciousness from violence to Peace

The Peace that passes all understanding
The Peace which unites all humans without fear

The Peace that is the True Wealth of all Humanity

We All Thrive

SHOW NOTES – Building A Sanctuary Within – 9.9.22

As I awaken on my weekly Humanity Healing talk mornings, I ask for a word for the day. One that people will relate to around the world.

Today’s word was ‘Sanctuary.’

A safe place to rest came to mind as I thought about the Harvest Moon energy that is now my bringing attention to the future and the many changes we will emotionally move through, not only witness.

The Queen of the British Empire has left her body, and an era of devoted leadership will only remain as a legend.

May we all now take the time to look inside ourselves for our legendry.

The Full Moon will assist us as it shines its Light Energy into the Water of our hearts.

It is there within Our Hearts that all positive changes will be initiated as we leave the old ways that no longer create peace and harmony behind us.

Each of us is to imagine and create a sanctuary within that rebalances Our Hearts and the human brain. I say, ‘Our Heart,’ not only as individuals yet also as the Collective Heart of All Humanity.

It is a critical transition point in the collective evolution of Mother Earth and all of Her children.

As humans living here today, we are to lead the way for future generations by example—an example of loving-kindness, patience, and open-hearted willingness.

This Moon allows us to see into the future and co-create an overwhelming desire to become whole again. To rebuild relationships that heal all past and future relationships with our ancestors.

Let us begin to create that Sanctuary within our Hearts and rebuild the original Human Neural Network of Peace, Light, and Love.

Gratefulness And Healing – Show Notes

As we enter the month of September, the word that arose for me this morning is grateful. It is a feeling of contentment that many of us may not think about during all the chaos we are dealing with at this moment.

The physical and social world we live in is changing shape and form very rapidly, destabilizing our ability to feel grateful.

Our focus is constantly being redirected onto negative issues, whether personal or global, and our stress levels resemble an extreme roller coaster ride.

Stress, grief, and fear are not a source of amusement, as they create shock waves within our neural network. Each of these separately threatens our physical and psychological well-being, yet when combined, they threaten everyone we encounter.

Nearly all the tissues in our body are affected by an imbalance, which keeps us unable to function at our most efficient potential.

Therefore, we need to seek moments of Gratefulness as it reduces the cortisol levels in our bodies which is our stress hormone.

Our new world of online communication has created a disconnection rather than a better connection with each other and depleted our ability to be comfortable within our bodies.

We need to refocus on the inner self, which is in crisis and outwardly expressing its inability to stay in balance.

There are many sources of Gratitude Exercises to help us and activities online that will guide us to rebuild and enhance our emotional and behavioral systems.

I urge you to seek assistance if you are tired of your emotional roller coaster ride, which begins externally and affects us at an intense inner level that can be shifted through our internal capabilities.

Collective Healing of Fear – Show Notes

Every morning we wake up and open our eyes to a new day; there is an opportunity to see life from a new place within ourselves. Yet, many of us are struggling or do not want to face the new day with all its abilities to trigger our negative emotional broadcast system.

What we have as personal challenges are many times ancient and profound. They become stronger when we feel isolated and alone, which is common to all of us.

So why do we question the daily issues contributing to our negative outlook or fear energies?

We have always had an opportunity to reconnect with each other without fear by asking what at this moment makes me grateful. It is changing our focal point from what is harsh and morbid to what is bright and calm.

If we cannot see that positive energy to stir our gratitude, we need to look inside ourselves and ask what is within us that is affected by the negative energy.

It is usually past experiences where we had little or no ability to change a situation, making us feel helpless. That helplessness triggers our body to weaken and become more susceptible to not wanting to face it daily.

Over time we lose our sense of fulfillment and ability to honor ourselves in a positive emotional way.

Each of us is releasing trauma right now, and it is not always easy or pleasant to deal with and maintain stability.

However, it is necessary as a collective of humans to process and help prevent our future generations from repeating this mass control mechanism.

Fear is the #1 cause of all negative human issues. It began many thousands of years ago to control large groups of people as a control mechanism. It allowed a small percentage of them to lead and live extravagant lifestyles.

I call this the old paradigm, which is now collapsing as we each choose to face each day’s gratitude rather than negative thoughts.

Let us begin today with a thank you and a determination to establish a foundation of gratitude deep within us. Love always creates gratitude and appreciation when shared without fear of rejection.

It changes the energetic structure of our physical and mental beingness and promotes unity and co-creation.

Serenity or Distortion

Serenity or Distortion – Show Notes 8.12.22

We are amid changes to everything we once relied on, and it is creating great confusion.

Confusion surrounds us and comes from deep within us like a volcano.

The fire deep within us is raging and seeking release after thousands of years of fuel released into our subconscious minds.

We have been through generations of fear and trauma that we can no longer contain.

Trauma is not new, as it is a cycle of life that is a part of our evolution.

What is new for us is that we have created so many distortions to the electromagnetic fields we live in that our planet is now having to counterbalance them. So too, are we as well.

We will adjust to this, but for now, we must allow our childhood trauma to be released, much like the smoke before the lava flows. If we remove the pressure of what has been held back due to a lack of understanding as young children and energized by our adult conflicts, we begin to gain back our serenity.

When we return to moments without all that distortion from the subconscious, the smoke clears, and we no longer fear the volcano.

By letting ourselves become more aware of all the inner pain and suffering, we can release it through forgiveness. Forgiveness honors us as small children, and we cannot comprehend what was causing the painful chaos and suffering we had no choice but to escape. Let us also realize that those who were the perpetrators of all were also suffering from their childhood and painful life experience.

It is time to come home into our hearts and release all that keeps us fearful of the future, knowing that we genuinely can embrace life with Love and share it with future generations who are here with us now.

They were seeking as we did for Peace, Light, and Love.

We Are An Ocean of Love – Show Notes

Each of us is truly a water being that forms an Ocean of Love.

We see ourselves in the physical body as a solid form, yet we are primarily liquid in a thin-skinned container on a molecular level.

Our ability to express Love and Compassion creates and directs us to form relationships with all other life forms.

At this point in our evolution, both planetary and physical, we are to clear and clean all that will not be healthy or beneficial to all life forms. Many think they can create a new world through their growing awareness of genetic sequencing.

My question is, what happens to Love and Compassion if we redesign the Hu-man.

Will Peace, Light, and Love be included in that reprogramming?

Let us co-create a New Ocean of Love that rises and brings forth the Light of the Stars.

One that releases our ancestors and calls forth our Future Self to realign all that is no longer in balance and harmony.

Let us remember to Love the Water within us as well as around us.

For without Water, human life cannot survive anywhere.

Let us look upon all Water as a source of Liquid Light constantly recharging with Wisdom, Truth, and Love.

Let us Honor this Light within us by sharing it as a precious gift to others as we gather and rise out of the darkness.

We Are The Ocean of Love, and may we be the next flood that changes the world we live in and on.

Soothing Our Personal Heart

Our Heart is the center of beingness
which gives and receives life to our body

It is deeply affected by the world around us
as well as the energy we do not see within us

When our Heart is weakened by daily distortion
we are slowly diminished and become condensed

It is in this moment of awareness that our Heart speaks
throughout our physical body with a warning of danger

We may call it fear, yet it is only an alarm system
to awaken us before we become deeply damaged

Soothing is the result of calming, relaxing, quieting
with an intention to remove all disturbances

It is the rhythm within us that is out of order
and can be re-harmonized, but external sound frequencies

Like the music, we hear with our ears
the drum beat of our Heart must be in tune

Find the sounds or vibrations around you
that bring back harmony and balance

Or the unbearable distortion will never
release the unbearable distortion within
