This week my Presence Of Light talk on Humanity Healing – Facebook Live was brought about by an article I read that really hit home for me titled “Learning To Live Without Internal Contradictions” which was an excerpt of a much larger book – Lessons From The Dying by Rodney Smith.
Having lunch with a friend this week we touched on many of the issues that each of us are triggered by in these strange times.
We both being older, have retired and look back on what we felt was a sense of being held hostage by work or of unreasonably supporting others.
Of course that is a male perspective but one which all of us reach within our lifetimes. Especially about the roles we were told we needed to fulfill in order to have a feeling of self-accomplishment at stages in our lifetime.
Fortunately the Past has found a way to feed into the Present in a way that cries for forgiveness or forever be held captive. We both being older, have retired and look back on what we felt was a sense of being held hostage by work or of unreasonably supporting others.
Of course that is a male perspective but one which all of us reach within our lifetimes. Especially about the roles we were told we needed to fulfill in order to have a feeling of self-accomplishment at stages in our lifetime.
Here it comes… the G word… no not God but Guilt.
We blame ourselves for the craziest things in our past and continue to inflict mental punishment upon ourselves.
We all make mistakes and have a history of errors, as our human self continually wandered or was enticed by the many choices we had to make along the path of Life. There is no escape from this and even the greatest Teachers all endured and speak of this.
This imperfection is not something random nor is it a mark of imperfection but quite purposeful as a sign of maturing or ripening. Even the fruit which fall from the trees and are bruised have qualities which become the unique flavors in fine wines.
So we need to begin the process of forgiveness directed towards our selves who we condemn for not being totally reliable in the past.
This forgiveness of our self and the journey to the present is very important today as we look around and watch the playing out of energies which trigger us. Making us question who we truly are in this moment during all the scenarios of insane behavior by those we may still hold on a pedestal.
They have not altered their actions at all except to be bolder and louder and it seems as if there is no limit at all to their very childish behavior. Blinded by illusions of grandeur or power and lost as we have been on our paths.
So yes, we all have a past which is written somewhere in the records of human evolution. Yet to dwell there and try to make it right just keeps us in bondage to it and we then become our own abuser, creating struggle and suffering which serves no one and resolves nothing.

Forgiveness for who we are or have been, all of our imperfections and failures, is the key to unlocking our cell doors and becoming free once again to express our truth.
All of these signs of our humanness and lack of understanding is not criminal but a natural process. Our acceptance of this past rather than the denial and fear of it allows the forgiveness to sink into its energy and release not only ourselves but those around us in the same moment.
Our hearts begin to open again and we seek to experience how to move forward more freely. Learning once again to co-create rather than condemn each other because the mind is free to choose with greater understanding.
Self-acceptance and forgiveness is not easy by any means but it allows us to truly see ourselves in each other at a much deeper emotional level. Therefore creating a deep humanity through this human forgiveness rather than imploring God to do it for us.
I always say to myself and others that we are created in the image of God which means that we have all the same abilities to step into that image and don the divine attributes when most needed.
We certainly may not be able to sustain them for long periods of time but if we set ourselves free from the bonds of the past and stay in the present we are able to gather and strengthen these divine aspects for the greater good of all.
So as we move into what we term the future you will see a lot of people gathering in groups or at least feeling called to belong in groups. Some will work and others will fail based on their ability to hold what is called a field of Heart Resonance which will be only as effective as those who have come to forgive themselves.
So I continually urge all to look within yourself first and seek ye the face of God there in your own heart. It is then that we truly see our capacity for forgiveness and take responsibility to act upon it.
Setting ourselves free first, and then assisting others in seeing the truth which cannot be contained or held hostage within themselves.
Then the Heart Resonance builds and the separation between us all dissipates as we realize that we all benefit by the forgiveness and can be less reactionary as we design a better future for all.

Blessings to All My Relations…
May you feel Our Mother Earth radiating Her Love
to All of Her Children…
May you see our Tree families preparing for change
May you hear the songs of our Bird families
May you taste the Water and it be pure
May each of your hearts feel the balance of Light which illumines
the sacred respect for all life forms
whether winged , two-legged, four-legged , swimming or crawling
those who speak loudly or not at all
The balancing of all aspects of ourselves is now more than ever
a critical part of what we are here to do as Living Light,
contained within human bodies.
Therefore I ask each of you to slow down today,
to feel the cosmic and divine wisdom which is contained in this Earth cycle
which we have been experiencing since our first incarnation on this Blue Planet,
and shines so brilliantly as a Garden of Creation.
May each of us gather in our hearts and send blessings to each other,
to our ancestors, to our children and their future children.
Let us remember we are all One family
although we may not fully recognize it in the forms we have chosen to express.
Look at the fingers of your hands…
They do not recognize each other
yet they also do no try to rule or hinder each other
They work best when in agreement and show no aspects of greed
Each one has unique abilities and expressions and important functions
They work best when both hands are balanced in their efforts for the whole

On My Presence of Light Talk this past Friday I was not really sure what I would talk about which is pretty much usual for me. Having been guided for the past 26 years by my Higher Spirit Self it has been always a challenge to the mind of which we deem rational thinking.
My death and return from Light opened many ways of communication which most would look at as bizarre if not down right scary. Even my beloved of over 30 years has learned how to tune me out in order to retain her individual 3D life agreement and honor our Soul relationship.
So here we are “All Of Us” living now in a dimension of existence that is rapidly shifting… Sometimes wonderful and at others calling our fears to rise and be seen as the illusions they are.
Allowing higher frequencies of Light to now become stabilized while creating an amazing field of instability in our perception.
As certainly as my mind works in strange ways, I began to wonder what my talk was going to be about. The first topic that came to mind was our multidimensionality and how fascinating and deep that subject could be.
So as I went and started looking up different aspects of that … I realized that this is a topic which multidimensional in and of itself and might be a bit too much to bite into.
Then I realized that today is also 3:16 and I was reminded of the biblical passage in the Gospel of John about God’s love being expressed eternally through our believing in his Son Jesus.
This is truly an expression of Love and as well the concept of Eternal Life… which are both for me Multidimensional.
So as the Sun rises over the trees behind me and I catch its light dancing on the backboard of my desk there is the flickering of hope, much like the hope of a flickering candle in the dark that all is well.
It reminds me that Light is loving energy and transcends impermanence.
When we look at the numbers 316 and realize that we are in the energies of the new moon I thought I would look up the numbers 316 for some meanings.
The number three represents growth, expansion, optimism and enthusiasm.
The number one is much the same representing optimism, intuition, inspiration, self-leadership, and assertiveness as well as new beginnings and progress.
The number six represents our material aspects of living or worldliness, love and nurturing, service, responsibility, honesty and integrity, grace and gratitude.
So here we are gathered on this particular morning with this beautiful message of how we are each messengers of light in a world of darkness. All of us alike and living in various forms of multidimensionality, mentally, physically, spiritually and energetically.
It doesn’t matter whether we understand all of this completely but it is imperative that we practice becoming better at all of this as humans. Each of us have a role we are playing in reflecting both light and love from the depths of our most high heart and to live with an outstretched hand to assist those who are stuck, frozen, drowning, and asking to feel that eternal love of the source of our being.
Here is where each of us are now facing many of our own struggles,
In order to help others we have to help ourselves.
In order to heal others we need to heal ourselves.
And in order to do that, we have to have a guidance system that tells us that something greater than ourselves Loves us and it “Is Us”.
The darkness of the New Moon which is happening now is not only a part of the physical world but part of our spiritual world as well. It is always a time of inner awareness which promotes self-reflection which can be illumination or despair. How we choose to navigate the darkness becomes manifestation as the light returns to the sky.

It is interesting how we are now at this point in our conscious evolution which is marrying sacred texts and quantum reality into this magical elixir which is flowing forth from the divine.
Both are blessing and gracing us with an understanding of how Eternal Life is not a fictional part of existence but it is the totality the sacred Christ Energy which each of us contain within the deepest chambers of our divine heart.

I would like us all to take a moment for a deep breath…
before exhaling let us drop into our hearts and allow all else to drift away…
Many are experiencing what is commonly called withdrawal right now. A word many of us are familiar with who have had addictions in this or past lifetimes.
We have also learned to associate withdrawal with deep emotional and physical pain and suffering. However that does not have to be deeply felt unless we continue to choose to give pain and suffering a value of worthiness. Let us now recognize it without fear or a sense of hopelessness and learn to sit with it and see what it has to teach us.
The particular withdrawal I’m speaking about today is the withdrawal from the concept of a self which no longer being seen or feels served. The reason for this self to be seen or served less is the shifting and transformation of energy patterns in which this self was created. Of course this construct I speak of is the human ego.
As I withdraw and watch the greater collective fields of consciousness within myself there is a blending, if you will, of crystalline information which cannot be put into words of understanding from a limited human aspect of self. This process of coding or seemingly not recognizable informational seeding is now super-seeding the fields of conscious awareness within each of us.
As the seeds are received into our individual consciousness they are taking residence and forcing or rather encouraging the dissolution of thought patterns which no longer resonate with the truth of who and what we truly are. Both individually and collectively we are evolving and we have agreed to this whether or not we understand or believe it is occurring.
Personally I have stepped back away from a lot of interaction with social media first by noticing how social media has changed in the way it no longer serves as a great communication vehicle but a tool for the harvesting of emotional triggers for others to manipulate masses of conscious beings with.
I also have found that my own intellectual image of myself has been altered and many times not in admirable ways.
All of this is no real surprise to most of us but still needs to be looked at from our highest level of conscious awareness as a signal to seek to redefine how we are interacting as either a manipulator or being manipulated by others.
What is obviously seen when I do that is how innocently we can all be seduced into an artificial expression of self or a desire to fulfill our desire to be seen and heard even if false or hurtful to others.
This reminds me of how all the thousands of generations have continued to destroy the very sources of their sustainability both physically and spiritually.
So to return to the withdrawal I mentioned at the beginning of this expression, it is a part of the process in which we are leaving that false sense of self. Leaving it in as much of a state of non-judgment as is possible. Much like when our computer fails or we have to learn new software as the old no longer does what we need it to in order to fulfill our true purpose.
We are now in the process of extracting the true self out of the chaos and rubble and re-igniting it with new energy and it is not always a pleasing experience in its initial stages.
So if you find yourself taking more time to be quiet and reflective, or perhaps holding yourself back from expressing yourself without careful reflection, remember to be kind, nurturing and loving as that Supreme Self which is now revealing its true power and energy within you.
It does not matter where we are each at by normal human means of measurement for this now has to do with what I would like to call Divine Order. The Order of that which we call Creation. Where each of us are now beginning to accept our responsibilities in the co-creation of an evolutionary process which is taking place throughout the Multiverse simultaneously.
So as each of you begin to make changes in how you relate to yourself and each other, and fear begins to arise within you, take the time to recognize what is causing the fear.
It is primarily the ending of the story that we have told ourselves and each other millions of times.
Like all good stories there is either a point of completion or another volume to be written. We are beginning to understand that we are the writers of this story and it has served it purpose in the grander scene of that which we call reality
The writing of the last chapter will always make references to that which led the story writer to a new understanding and so here we are.
The next Volume begins where we are now exploring and understanding that Breathing is no longer taken for granted. Nor is it worshiped as something outside of us and mysterious. It is an understanding in which our breath becomes the cleansing process which takes place in order for truths to begin to dwell in full earnest.
The “in” breath attracts into our conscious awareness all that is in need of being seen.
The “out” breath takes the responsibility of realizing the release of all falsity.
So now as my stream of thought begins to wander it is time for us to take another deep in-breath…
Let us attract all that needs to be brought to our higher awareness within us
enabling us to truly see all the falsity and fear that illusion creates
In the space between the in and out breaths…
Let us feel grateful for all that it offers us
welcoming the opportunity for transformation which it brings
confirming we are always empowered through our Highest/Divine Self
As we exhale let us feel the releasing…
Of all that can no longer be brought forward into this new Book of Life
because there is nothing there that will sustain it
And before we repeat this pattern…
Let us embrace our withdrawal however it plays out
knowing that all fear is attached to that which we are exhaling
That we are here to Co-Create Miracles
That there is only this moment
and it can be repeated with each breath we take.

Let us just take a moment to quietly settle our energy
Looking into the soothing radiance and stillness of the frozen water
The glistening snow that has captured the light of its surroundings
Allowing yourself to sigh a deep breath and relax
into the earth beneath you…
Nature is reminding us that we are moving way too fast for comfort
Creating large fields of distortion within our own physicality
Inhale slowly and deeply, releasing it with loving and thankful thoughts
about ourselves and each other.
Today is the last day of February here in Maine and so far 2018 has been a whirlwind of highly concentrated energies. Many of us are now feeling a sense of exhaustion which is at times is very interesting to try to explain, especially to those who are not even aware it is occurring.
Most of humanity is busily ignoring it and looking for a magic pill to make it go away or otherwise seeking some healthy solution to resolve the many physical and emotional symptoms which defy rational explanation.
The messages I have been receiving from my Higher Multi-Dimensional Consciousness and those who express there (The Crystalline Consciousness of 22) have been to slow everything down during this period of fractalization, throughout our Galaxy and the greater Universe.
This is a functional requirement which will differ among all of us and we are being individually guided to Embrace The Silence. The key is within our own Beingness and all external impulsing is designed now to trigger the vastness of our Inner Self.
Our natural human tendencies will no longer serve us as well as in the past because they are being constantly updated through our DNA and the Greater Self Alignment which is not at a frequency of clear understanding from a 3D human perspective. (In This NOW)
For most of you who may read this… all of this is not NEW-s.
This energetic remodeling creates many imbalances which are not as we perceive them but what we experience (E-motion) and are termed evolutionary in their cause and effect.
It is a form of transmutation which humans have experienced many times before but do not remember in our current embodiment as the E-motion is not transferable but stays within the density of the dimension we experience it in.
There is also at play what we as embodied… Spirit, Soul, Energy… or however you may perceive yourself in this moment, a deepening of our inner structure which is being calibrated to flourish and thrive in the NEW Universally updated frequencies.
Deepening is not an accurate definition but a relative spatial reference which the 3D human mind relates to. So in reference to that, it is the Silence in which the I Am is guided to fully Embrace as much of the totality which its embodiment can steadily hold, in order to move through the chaos of energetic disturbance in a less agitated state.
Let us now take in another deep breath as we now choose to return
To the external energy fields which are distorted
And May we remember that it is the Silence Within
Which holds the most potential for us in this evolution of Human Consciousness
Take another deep breath and release it slowly

It never ceases to amaze me at what comes up to talk about on my Presence of Light 30 minute talks @ Humanity Healing on Facebook
Oftentimes it is what I experience during the week which triggers the flow and I receive guidance on the morning of the show just before I go on the air. Allowing Spirit to guide us is a very different way of living for sure and can be unsettling to the ego mind which operates by standard procedures based on recorded experiences.
Well, this Friday was no exception and I awoke with thoughts of David and Goliath on my mind and feeling my own inner frustrations as a male in this world of collapsing empires.
David and Goliath really was my first thought on arising as I recalled all the energies of this last week and what they have brought up in me. In many ways it is the perfect story of our facing within ourselves,what appears to be something larger than we can deal with.
Interesting how it is a story which captures the essence of belief in a Supreme Creator (God) and the faith of a small but willful soul which overcame an Overbearing Giant in spite of deep fear and feelings of inadequacy. Holding onto only what he felt in his heart as being guided and supported to do what was in the best interest for All.
Well, this certainly is our situation around the world in many different forms. Yet here in the USA the Giant has seemingly perverted the Messengers and Teachers of God and their flocks to stand alongside in silence and assist it in taking total control of all life.
David must be strong enough within himself to stand and face this with just a limited set of tools to work with yet knowing that from somewhere within himself he will receive what is exactly needed when called for.
The failure of Empires regardless of their ideologies and their resemblance to Ogres are a common occurrence as we evolve as a co-creative consciousness.
Partly because of the inability for a very few to overpower others and maintain a larger control of the Energy for extended periods of time without creating a field of distrust among its own supporters.
I noted 3 examples of collapse as typically termed The Dinosaur, the Runaway Train, and the House of Cards. These can also be terms to use for ourselves as I reflect now on our own personal feelings.
My talks always get me to see myself in a different Light as well.
Personally it has been my masculinity that has felt threatened again and many childhood issues have resurfaced of being bullied, and having to joining a gang at 8 years old for protection. Having been sexually abused and raped by both my so-called protectors and as well by strangers only confirmed my feelings of victim-hood.
My life as a male appeared as if I had a sign on my back that said I was a target to be attacked which ended up depleting my virility as a male. And so I was always standing with my back to the wall and distrusting most who entered my field of awareness.
The system we call democracy became a farce to me, an illusion, an ideal that was not ever truly seen or felt and I never felt safe or that my voice was ever heard. But it was a vision that I held on to dearly as a great hope.
Sounding quite familiar to what is happening to many today on a much broader scale.
So we scream louder and argue more while feeling like dinosaurs, watching a runaway train slam into the house of cards.
We have relabeled civilization many times but in the end it was always just a patriarchy in disguise, whose intent was self-serving for a very few, not the whole.
Yes Goliath lives in the way we act towards each other and build our societies.

So How do we rise above all the noise to a level above the societal collapse above and out of range of the chaos. All of which is caused by economical, environmental, social and cultural, and disruption.
How do we get off of this hamster wheel of death and destruction which only generates an energy of pain and suffering to be harvested by Goliath as sustenance
First of all we have to find a way where we can slow down our mental and physical self … yes slow it all down.
We need to stop our mass consumption of all we are being fed by Goliath
… it is not sustainable and we all know it.
We now know it is not healthy and it is being designed with the intention of controlling collective consciousness as well as all life forms.
We are to align and co-create new pathways of sustainable energy and products which all can benefit from without exclusion.
In cases where technology and innovation could be assisting us and the environment it is being hijacked for the few in power to continue controlling the masses.
We have to raise our energetic vibrations through drinking clean water, eating natural unadulterated foods, healthy physical practices, grounding and meditation not medication.
We need to return to our Heart-space which we have been sucked out of…
through the enticement of advertising/programming and by the many material products which have destroyed the ecological environment at rates which are unprecedented in Earth’s history.
Returning to our balancing of qualities as a human in balance with its environment rather than just heartless and destructive objects of lust and greed.
Let us peel the labels off of everything and look at the raw energy of potential which is being distorted, keeping us from being the sovereign beings we truly are …
The David’s who believe beyond a doubt that the menacing Giant is really powerless over True Creation.
Each of us are David and collectively we are much larger than the Giant which has fooled us into agreeing to our own imprisonment, to the point where millions now believe and only feel safe with weapons of destruction.
How truly freeing to witness that the damage to my Masculine virility was caused in part by the failure of all my male ancestors who chose to trade true honor and strength for a handful of objects and an illusion that they ruled the world.
Each setting the stage for what we are experiencing now as thousands of our children are being murdered around the world and left defenseless.
Let us find strength in each other during these times and truly attempt to understand that there is no weapon of destruction that can save us… it is but an illusion which we created that keeps us from truly living.
Let us embrace an inner silence where our voice and actions can be restored in order to face Goliath and dissolve once and for all the rule by fear paradigm we exist in.
Thank you Creator for your Grace.
Not only for ourselves but our children and our children’s children

I understand why people are fearful and demand the ability to defend themselves with powerful weapons.
This was ingrained in our culture at a time when we were revolutionaries and it was in order to defend ourselves from an oppressive form of government or dictatorship which was beyond tolerance.
How sad we have become, so warlike, when at one point in our evolution we were not warlike at all, but peaceful and that we actually chose to experience separation and manifested it.
Today we call it Freedom. Yet what it is in practice now is really a collective perspective of what Freedom actually means not True Freedom.
We misuse the term freedom when we describe our way of life here in the United Sates and around the world. We have sent thousands of innocent humans to death fighting over it, against those whose sense of sovereignty was as perverted as our sense of freedom. Many times just to maintain a false belief system, of who and what we are, rather than the True Free and Sovereign beings We All Are.
Now before your blood pressure increases please understand that we each have a right to agree or disagree as a part of Freedom.
Being free and sovereign was incorporated in the human genetic blueprint which was originally designed and initiated here on Planet Earth and which I like to refer to as The Garden of the Cosmos.
However as many will clearly see, something went haywire and we became misaligned. Slowly, over what we call time in the 3rd dimension, the corruption of both freedom and sovereignty both became a point of argument and contention. Especially when those who were our Elders chose power over others to be the confirmation which satisfied their enlarging egos.
I prefer to look at all of this as what we commonly call a dis-ease or maladaptive daydreaming if you will. How it began is a point of story choice and yet at some part of our journey we decided to separate from the wholeness or as we say today the Oneness.
Years ago I was asked a question during a meditation which I did not quite understand.
I met an Ancient Indigenous Elder who asked me…
“Do you remember when we chose to separate… and thought it would be fun?”
He looked into my soul and remembered me as one who had been there in that moment.
In that moment I knew that the killing and violence we create to rule in power over others was a part of this separation.
So here we are now arguing over gun control when in truth there can never be any real gun control as people will not give up their right to own them. However we can make some rational adjustments to who and how they are acquired.
And it is not too late to begin to change the reasons why we might need guns.
So we need to rise above this old mind of fear and control and choose to embrace less separation. Let’s take look at what we all are desiring for a stable and comfortable life without stepping on each other or abusing ourselves in any way.
We now speak about rights that were created by a group of people 200 years ago who just killed their own ancestors and created laws to defend their actions, perpetuating their self-righteous sovereignty into the future. Yet we have only moved forward along the timeline into a world where Artificial Intelligence is being groomed to take over human logic and people are being led like sheep to surrender their freedom and sovereignty to machines.
Does anyone really think that an AK?? is going to protect them from the minds of those who are already genetically reprogramming their food sources, destroying the value of their waters and creating recognition systems that will locate you and know who you are in spite of disguise just by the way you move.
Yet they continue agreeing to these posts on social media which exploit and record every detail of their face for Artificial Intelligence and their all their thoughts of anger and bullying as the AI creates and catalogues files which can be accessed faster than the human brain and without any compassion or rational discussion and can issue a terminate object command faster than I can type it.
People argue about their rights to not be governed yet are allowed to own a weapon that in a moment of rage or severe psychosis creates a field of destruction that reaches around the world in minutes.
I recently met someone who owns and defends his owning one of these weapons and target practice in the back yard is really most of his training.
I certainly don’t want to be near there or him when he has the gun if that is what training is.
I understand why people are fearful and demand the ability to defend themselves.
However let’s stop this consciousness which seeks to enforce rules of a world of 200 years ago and focus on this moment right now.
In finishing here I understand the gun owners issues but I also understand those of the parents, children and teachers as well and ask each of you to protect the children..
Let us all agree that children and schools should be protected from this terror of automatic weapons by developing a responsibly reasonable legislation for gun ownership.
Do children need to be threatened with the fear of death to prepare them for the world in which they will live in the future as adults?
Blessings to you all as you each wrestle with this problem both personally and publicly but do not remain silent.
For me personally… I am reminded of another lifetime thousands of years ago when my own tribe had only tools and no weapons because we lived in peace and harmony with the land and each other.
I see how our consciousness changed and created what we all see around us now. We are amazingly powerful beings who have been seduced by our own abilities to the point of wanting to destroy it in order to be in charge of it all.

This is not a topic I wished to speak about this week or any week for that matter. Sometimes life has a way of showing us where we are hurting and asks us to do a little more than we have been doing to resolve it…
How can I not address my pure and honest grief over the shooting in Florida.
It isn’t all about guns or gun control but a larger dilemma that we are facing…
Failing all our children.
In the picture above I am holding a newborn baby which will face the world more consciously aware in a very short period of time.
As I hold him I feel the innocence of this beautiful little being, wondering what his life will be like and who he will be in the human world he has just entered.
As I hold him he is loved and I know that on some level he is feeling that energy.
Warning:
I will let you choose to listen to what I have to say and you may not agree with all of it but that is perfectly wonderful.
I am not trying to be right here, but expressing my own sense of frustration at the many times I have failed my own children, my inner child and other children by dismissing them as I pursued my own agenda of life.
As well as how many times as a child were we all pushed away when deep emotional distress was overwhelming us and we were only asking for some loving recognition or sense of self-worth.
Yes we need to LOVE MORE and not be intimidated to keep it hidden. Especially with our children, for all of us are their collective parents and they are screaming in pain for us to help them.
Please look in the mirror and see who all represent your inner child and the damages it still feels as an adult, then find a way to reach out to those children you see, that remind you of those moments when you were suffering and no one listened.
I Love You All and together We Will change the world.
