Dear ones, all perspectives on this earth have a right to be. The trick to being human is to figure out the most loving way to allow you to be yourself while allowing others to be themselves as well.
If you all could truly do this your entire world would sort itself our an there would be no wars.
Humanity is far from this reality and yet you can choose peace in your own mind, heart, and life… no matter what anyone else is choosing to embrace.

This picture which I created a while ago and posted on Facebook, on this day last year is perfect for today.
In light of all that is transpiring in the world today each of us are feeling a bit worn down and not very energized.
So many I hear from are at a loss for words to explain how they feel about the effects of our world’s political posturing and seeming collapse.
WE are all being presented with this perplexing question,”Can we agree to disagree?”
I myself have to pull away and re-calibrate many times even in the span of a day.
So with this impetus I felt I need to make a bold statement which aligned with the core essence of my heart.
The act of making a decree which aligns with your innermost self is empowering you to take back the control of your energy.
And so I wrote…
“If any of you are prejudiced against race, religion, sexual orientation or country of ancestral origin. unfriend me now.”
“I defy separation – I embrace unity”
I want you to take back your power today and begin to stand firm in your ability to make choices which align with your hearts. Not decisions which you feel are a compromise for they only serve to allow others to suck your energy right out of you.
As the Angels in their message above have said…”you can choose peace in your own mind, heart, and life… no matter what anyone else is choosing to embrace.“
May Peace. Light and Love surround you and transmute you.

How we start our day is powerful!
This morning I arose before the Earth turned this far into the Sun and was confronted with the word Respect.
The thought which arose was that we receive respect by being respectful.
Oh how we have lost respect
for ourselves
The Sun commands respect as such a powerful force
The Earth commands respect as the source of our sustenance
The Air commands respect for the very breath we exchange
The Water commands respect as from it we came forth
So too WE must command respect
Not for our abilities to reason but for our capacity to Love…

Keeping It Real
As we embrace this New Moon and Chinese New Year we are called as well by the energies of change within us all.
2017 has begun to be a coming out party for millions who have been hidden within their own ideas of self.
This is a mass expansion of the Heart.
Allow the poem and photo of my beautiful Rhododendron remind us that reality is based on showing up, coming forth or being exploded into view.
The Flower cannot show us its beauty without the bush from which it extends…
there is no separation
The bush cannot remain and grow without the soil in which it is planted…
there is no separation
The soil cannot feed the bush without water or the sun’s energy…
there is no separation
We cannot embrace the beauty of the flower
or the New Moon or each other
without Showing Up
Keeping It Real
and Being in Unity
…there is no separation…
except in the mind
creating its own reality
an illusion of self grandeur
that denies the Heart

Dear little one
remember you are LOVE
flying in the depths
of your innermost Self
let us never forget again
the heights to which we can soar
or the depths into which we dive
for there is amazing beauty
which arises within us
as we set ourselves free

Everyday presents opportunities to refresh and nurture our inner child.
The challenge for most of us is to somehow find the time to do that and be creative enough to make it last.
The energies that swirl around us as the world expands and contracts is very hostile at times. It threatens our sense of stability and presence… who we are and what we are doing.
Yet there is always a haunting memory that “once upon a time” we had no fear, no concerns… that we were innocent.
This photo of me taken by my father almost 68 years ago is very dear to me as I look at my innocence. Yes I had it as I lay there with my father recognizing his own innocence as he gathered his tripod and camera. Little did he know how precious he was in that moment but he caught a glimpse of it for a brief moment.
This is how we begin to recover from all that we somehow became defining in our lives. The defining which was placed before us and of which we drank until we forgot.
We were Peace before we were born
We were Light before we were born
We were Love before we were born
We are all that still…
AS “Living Breathing Light”
Spend some time remembering that you are precious and beautiful, that you are love beneath all of the chaos and that peace will arise in you as you remember.

Heaven sent glow
Fire of the West
Fill our hearts with Hope
Wave upon wave
wash us in your Glory
fill our minds with Love
Here in the Harmony
between shore and sky
fill us with Peace
Oh Divine Light
Fire of our Souls
spill forth
Dispelling the darkness
filling us with Grace

Let us look at some of the words in this poem… Hope, Glory, Love, Harmony, Peace, Grace. These are some of the building blocks with which we can create a balanced and co-creative society.
One that is balanced and regenerates itself based on the continual filling and pouring out of abundance.
We have been living in fear and lack for so long that we have forgotten our ability to be the truly powerful individual seeds from which those building blocks become manifested.
Yes, we are the pure potential for change… living and breathing building blocks, which when aligned with each other create wonder and beauty.
As in my photo above of a sunset while on the Atlantic Ocean the darkness encroaches and limits our view of the Sunlight. Yet, it is not sustainable for it has no real power.
So too, we have been encroached upon by many well-meaning ideologies and wonderful speakers that have slowly taken away our own ability to create in unity.
And so let us ask once again…
Here in the Harmony

fill us with Peace

Let us meditate on the word forgiveness as we become more aware of the world around us.
The World which brings us so many opportunities to forgive.
It can be a great challenge to us all to hold a space open in our hearts for those who appear as threatening or overpowering. Yet it is within our minds that the recognition is made and connected.
So much is made of the process of forgiveness that we tend to believe that it may be impossible. We somehow suffer silently and cannot possibly surrender and release those painful feelings.
Instead we protect and guard our vulnerability and become so vigilant so that we begin to perceive everything as a threat.
Is the World really a threat to us… or only to our perception of it, our belief about it, or is it just our trapped emotional energy held so tightly in our hearts that creates this.
Let us surrender and release a little everyday
Let us begin with ourselves
Let us unlock the shackles of our own prison
Let us begin to Love and Forgive

Let us be Fabulous…
Many times we arise in the morning and not only is it gray and chilly outside but in our own bodies as well.
The world around us has not so silently maneuvered its way into the very core of our essence. Somehow a pall over the truth of who we truly are.
Pansies are a reminder with their happy faces that life gives us a very short time to be Fabulous.
WE
begin all curled up
waiting to open
blossoming into radiance
and bruise around the edges
Yet in each of those stages of our lives it is being Fabulous that connects us to each other in Harmony and Grace…

Where but in the mists of time
where the grayness rises to greet you
can we seize the opportunity
to shed the backpack of life’s burdens
As the fog erodes the snow and ice
here we are freed from the coverlet
of teachings and beliefs of limitation
which no longer serve humanity or Earth
This is the ascension of which I yearn
expanding the wonder of awareness
to encompass the thinner air of elevation
in which the freedom of diversity reigns
A wall of seemingly insurmountable fear
attempts to build itself to block our path
yet there will be no searching for a way around
nor any false prophet to advise or show us the way
We will sit and quietly, allow it to swallow
each and every question how or why
and as the illusions of life disappear into vapor
we become tethered no longer and rise.
