It speaks of who WE TRULY ARE, deep within OUR HEART.
It reminds us that our most significant loss throughout life is our deep inner heart connection, not something outside of us.
The Gift of Life, which comes from within…
Each breath is a Gift of Life that began as physical pain in both Mother and Child during birthing. There was great pain but no suffering.
The suffering follows as the illusion of separating from who we indeed and genuinely are as One, began.
Let us now remember and return to Our Divine Wholeness.
Hello All, and welcome to 2022, where Harmony and Balance call us to re-establish our physical bodies.
Today’s topic was inspired by the Angel Blessings Card # 28 Charmiene from Kimberly Marooney, whose message is Harmony.
Let’s begin with the number 28, from (Angel Numbers – Joanne Sacred Scribes)in which the 2 represents “Balance and Harmony” and the number 8, which relates to “Divine life purpose and soul mission”.
It is a message for us all to be aware of the changes within us as part of a new Karmic Cycle in which ancient doors are closing as a new gateway opens and invites us to step forward on a new “heart-based” journey.
As we slowly move into the energies of this new cosmic cycle, we are not only tired and wounded from battling the 3rd world war of the last two years, and we are exhausted from thousands of years of slavery presented as freedom.
Yes, I look at the ongoing pandemic as a world war and part of a generational road of enslavement, of which some were as a collective intentional, yet the most difficult has been self-inflicted.
If you add the numbers 2 and 8, they become 10.
Zero is a new starting point as Omega is an infinite moment of no beginning and no end. The moment of infinity emanates from the point within the circle.
The Zero point of the field from which Heart Resonance emanates fills us with what we might call Source Energy that cannot ever be owned or controlled.
One represents our ability to create as a collective consciousness emanating from that Zero Point. One in which Harmony and Balance are the frequency in which Love is emanated into the Multiverse in which we take form.
The Course in Miracles card today tells us this,
“You are not really capable of being tired, but you are very capable of wearying yourself. The strain of constant judgment is virtually intolerable. T,47
The Angel Charmiene represents harmony and a quote from Buddha guides us,
“Good thoughts will produce good actions and bad thoughts will produce bad actions. Hatred does not cease by hatred at any time; hatred ceases by Love.”
– Buddha
Let us begin today to deepen into the harmony within our hearts that is buried beneath the pain and suffering of lifetimes and become aware of what it means to be released.
I used the word released because it no longer serves any purpose in our evolutionary moment except as extra baggage and a weight of darkness that will not enter nor can it enter into the future self we are now co-creating.
Our time of self-acceptance and self-worth is now the most valuable treasures that we can seek, and all of the tears of the past will evaporate when we come home to the center of our hearts and dive deeply into the pool of grace that awaits us and invites us to come home.
The key for this to happen is to be truthful with yourself, stand up for who you indeed are, and not be against anything other than the overwhelming suffering created within your heart space throughout your lifetime.
This pain and suffering may have been caused by family, friends, harsh judgments from yourself as a result of not feeling worthy or not good enough due to the judgment, and this is what we are leaving behind.
We all have good and bad feelings, which create energies that become the hidden forces of our actions. When we recognize these energies arising within us, and before we react to something, this is the point at which change of the future occurs, that single moment.
If we deny recognizing that moment and go on as we have in the past, dismissing the pain or the suffering that it triggers, we are saying I’m going to keep carrying all of this with me into the future.
When that happens, we become responsible for our future suffering and cannot blame it on others, for we are the ones who have seen it, denied it and chose to bring it forward with us.
So my message this morning is one of being extremely observant this year as to what triggers you and what brings up these emotional pains that cause us to react in anger or judgment. Let us remember that this is all old stuff being replayed to a different audience.
All of the pain that we suffer when no one else is around us is ours; let us now choose to let it go, let it flow with the energies of the past that no longer exist because we only live in this one single moment.
Every word I say is a new moment as I speak to you. That unique moment is a spark of energy in which you can change anything within your mind about who you are, what you are, and where you will be in the next moment.
When those energies, as thoughts arise, the key is to ground yourself to mother earth and know that all of nature is here to help you release that pain and suffering.
Take some time to be in nature and listen to the wind and the leaves rustling across the ground, to the water flowing in the stream of the river, to the ocean, to the birds.
Listen to whatever attracts your attention that is a natural part of life, not machinery, not airplanes, not somebody screaming and hollering. Listen to the pure sound of nature.
I highly recommend finding sounds of nature as recordings on YouTube or SoundCloud or wherever you may find them.
Practice taking time out to listen to nature, for it is mother earth who has the capacity t to heal us all and assist us.
As we heal, we heal her as well. We cannot separate from mother earth and nature and still call ourselves human.

One in which you think about who and what you might genuinely be when you’re not being led or controlled by the mental environment created by humanity around you.
Let us take a moment of quiet every day to define what Love means to our inner self and how we will embrace and share it Love is never not flowing within us yet if we do not take time to embrace Love it will get buried beneath all of our daily thinking In the stillness of the mind, the expanding flow of Love will always come to expand within our loving presence and Our Heart Resonance allows us to share it with everyone

Welcome to another year in which we have an opportunity to shift our conscious awareness from negativity to appreciation.
I know we all celebrate that the year has ended, and we are able to plan for another, but the New Year for me has always been a time of reflection rather than making resolutions.
This is why I call it a Gateway, as it is a point in our human experience that asks me to pause and investigate the past to find what was positive rather than negative.
When we seek to find what has brought us joy or a sense of achievement, we recognize the Light within our hearts that fill our bodies with appreciation rather than self-criticism.
It is an appreciation that gives us a better understanding of who we truly are and an appreciation for our uniqueness.
Although we are always grouped together under the word humanity, we are unique pieces of a much larger living presence.
We are able to see Life from many directions and to impact it in ways that we have power over.
Our recent past two years have brought about a much greater awareness and understanding of how our thinking and behavior have altered the abilities of humanity and many other life forms to survive.
Which brings us to the word Appreciation and the questions, Who, What, When, Where, Why and How?
When I was a child I never liked those questions and even today I am not fond of them because they trigger so many uncomfortable answers.
YET…
Who do we listen to when we are filled with fear and depression?
What do we truly appreciate about Life and our powerful role in it?
When is the moment we need to surrender to our hearts and refocus our priorities?
Where else but within our hearts can we begin to clear away our emotional pain?
Why have we not trusted the amazing True Self that began Life as a heartbeat?
How can we live more joyfully and in better harmony and balance with each other?
Each of us are being called forth to generate a kinder field of energy which is immediately recognizable from a greater distance to each other
We all have to listen more deeply within to find the center and source of our heartbeat which is deeply buried beneath all our sorrows
The Source of All Love and Compassion is calling us home to reset the frequency of Love for the future generations which will lead us into the newly forming spiral of harmony and balance.

Nourishing Happiness – Chapter 5

The Magi are coming and bearing gifts to each of us as the world awaits the birth of a New Light.
A story that has offered all of us a message of both expectation and joy. Of course it is the promise of being saved from what we perceive.
What are each of you perceiving right now?
Many of us are now separated from friends and members of our own families by a virus which has caused not only illness and death but a question of belief that destroys our ability to be loving and kind to each other.
Yet during all of this we have another opportunity to choose something different for ourselves.
Yes, Christmas has been a turning point in many people’s lives where they chose something different for themselves in moments of great despair. It is not as much a belief in religion as it is a belief in something that has the power to change everything in a moment.
The stories of Jesus are powerful as a healer and a person of compassion for those who were suffering, and he was recognized and visited as an infant.
The story tells us of the power within us that each of us have and brings about what many of us label as miracles.
Each of you can have miracles happen in your life as well. They are not MAGIc they are gifts from our within Divine Selves that we have been told we are not for thousands of years.
Grand Rising everyone and many blessings to each of you who have arrived at this moment when humanity is being tested to trust.
Worthiness is a funny word that expresses many aspects of our human experience seemingly vanishing before our eyes.
It expresses ability, quality, value, dignity, and an ability to be trusted.
A Saying From A Course In Miracles card reads;
It will be given you to see your brother’s worth when all you want for him is peace. And what you want for him you will receive. T,435
This was my message today to remind me that our peace comes from within rather than because of what others can do for us.
Each of us is presently in a state of mixed emotions regarding our global distortion.
A distortion that is being projected by a lack of trust is being generated at many different levels of our biogenetic structure.
How or why this is happening can be looked at from many different points of focus; however, our awareness of it gives us the power over it.
When we feel worthy, the body responds in a healthy and more cohesive manner to everything we encounter in our daily lives. Worthiness is a wall that blocks the fear that scatters all inner connections needed to create trust.
When we have a lack of trust, we become more vulnerable to dis-ease in all its many forms.
Locating where our trust is failing and seeing it as one of several root causes for our physical and emotional unwellness allows us to know the cause of our feeling unworthy.
The energetic cycle between trust and worthiness weakens our immune system, making us very vulnerable emotionally and physically.
I ask everyone to become more aware of what is affecting you in a negative way and make a commitment to finding its root cause. Many will find that it may be more emotional than they expect and something that has been blocked by a fear of revealing it for many years.
All of us have endured trauma in many forms and buried our feelings deep within our physical networking system. However, these traumas are being released with or without our conscious permission as they are the underlying energy of the distortion which keeps us repeating them unconsciously.
The way to collectively evolve is by returning our minds to a place of remembering without pain or suffering from within. Then we can rationally deal with what is happening outside of our body’s energetic field.
Healing by regaining our worthiness and trust is an inside job, and we have always been the best medicine for that by seeing beautiful and healed self in each other and treating them with the respect and kindness that Trust and Worthiness are nurtured with.
We are incredible beings created not to control or be controlled by anyone or anything.
Harmony and Balance are expressed in the original blueprint; let us restore it in ourselves, and the external world will respond in kind.
We are much more powerful than we have ever been allowed to know, and we are not a commodity.
