Courage and Fortitude of the Heart


Let us sit quietly and close our eyes
tuning in to our heartbeat

How bold it is as it pulsates
and offers us life from within

It has no fear or anger
it is only fed that from the brain

Let us visit the brain for a moment
and feel the frenzied expression of it

This is where we shut ourselves down
and in the moment we feel fear not courage

Our heart closes down and we pull away
from our ability to love each other openly

Let us learn to live from deep within our heart
and strengthen our courage and fortitude

Loving each other without the hesitation
or the distorted interference of our brains

How many ways can I say Thank You as I awaken to this amazing day?

73 years in this body and still learning how to keep following the Light and Water that cannot be replicated in its Divine Form.

We have so much to offer each other before we leave this physical form, and perhaps this is the lesson we are now being awakened to.

Let each of us face the Rising Sun every morning and pause for a moment to connect our hearts to Mother Earth and Father Sun,

Honoring our Oneness with each other around the world by sending Peace, Light and Love to All.

I offer each of you My Birthday Blessing so that you may feel the energy in your heart being recognized and shown Grace and Compassion.

Standing In Love

Each of us is an abundance of Love
that constantly flows through our body

Keeping us connected to each other
creating both empathy and compassion

In times of global discord, we are all called
to reach deeply into ourselves and be quiet

Listening for the gift of Love to rise within

It is our most important purpose in life
to share this Love with all who are in distress

As if we are offering and watering a field of flowers

For each of us are a delicate flowering being
that has so much beauty and kindness to share

Without any hesitation or concern

May we remember how Love feels when received
especially when least expected or not asked for

May Our Love reach all our human family
and serve to change their thinking to wholeness

We are here now to Stand for and send that Love
reminding them that we are all ‘One’ Earth Family

Gathering today, we open our hearts

wider than ever before

We breathe deeply to anchor Our Love

within the Heart of Mother Earth

Let us now offer it to all human beings

in both the Ukraine and Russia

Visioning that each of their hearts

receive an inner change of deep compassion

May the energy of peace and joy replace

all the distortion within their minds

And shift their conscious awareness

The ACIM card I pulled this morning inspired this talk…
“There are many answers you have received but have not yet heard.”

My morning began with heavy rain and, high winds were speaking as I awoke with many questions filling the still foggy mind.
 
The question, “Who are we and what are we facing as our future appears as a time of great changes?”, was the first.

The visions of peace were not there, and it brought me to think of the traumas within myself that were still rising from the past.

I could see it also the collective thoughts of all the calamities we are facing in the world began to flow without any resistance.

Each of us are being directed to look at everything from a perspective of changing our thinking to co-create a better world.

We are seeking to find our true self. That place of stability and affirmation from which we can be confident and kind to the world both within us and around us.

We are seeking! Yet our brain only knows questioning. So, who are we as seekers?

We are seekers through our hearts, where we recognize what is best for all of us through the energy of Heart Resonance. An electromagnetic field that has its “own functional brain” “or heart brain”.

It is important now for all of us to recognize the difference in what we perceive and what part of our physical body the information is being processed.

Our brain is much like the computers working in 0’s and 1’s it calculates information based on what is recorded in it’s hard drive over time.

The Ensouling of Divine Love in the Personal Heart

We speak often of Love and seek to find it
yet it is not a commodity or an object outside of us
Divine Love is Our True Essence and Power

Each of us have been separated from its Truth
over many thousands of years of embodiment
and it is now our collective journey to regather

Our Personal Heart is merely the gateway
through which the Light of Love shines eternally
it is the Inner Chamber of our Source Of Unconditional Love

The unseen Love that fills the Holy Chalice within us
and waits to be poured forth into all other Hearts around us
like the beautiful raindrops in the sky that form rainbows

Imagine now a beautiful rainbow in your Heart Chakra
casting forth its colorful radiance to fill the empty space
that surrounds us wherever we are or whomever we are with

Engage this blissful energy as the center point of Self
that Self which is who we truly are before birth
and remain throughout all the trials of our human experience

The river of human life has 7.9 billion beating hearts
and is heard and felt around the world
it never stops beating but fails to be heard

Each individual heartbeat is our connection
to Mother Earth and all of humanity
let us take a moment to feel it pulsing

Humanity is more than just our heartbeat
and is a state of being socially compassionate
and willing to be kind and caring

Knowing that from our heart center
we have an amazing power that has been
closed down to a trickle and controlled

Each of us need to find the hidden love
deep within our own hearts and open the floodgates
so that it pours forth and once again nourishes all

Think of rehumanizing the Global Heart
as swimming in the flow of Love once again
without fear or judgment in order to benefit everyone

Softly I breathe into my heart
seeking the precious connection
between us all as humans

there within that field
of Heart resonance
true living presence has no enemies

for we are led from the Higher Self
to share equally our loving-kindness
with all living presence

Love is the Essence of Living
that softens the brittle nature around us all
through compassion and consideration for others

Those attributes are what we are missing
in so many ways and need to re-establish within
offering deep consideration for the life of all

and in that opening heart process
we rehumanize humanity with compassion
without struggle or fear of judgment

Embracing the Whole World and lifting it
into new dimensions of understanding
and the true meaning of Love for All

The Global Heart allows us
to share Love with everyone

Offering us a grander view of each other
Enhancing our ability to see beyond the physical

Offering a gift of receiving messages without hearing
Teaching us to Trust what is deep within our hearts

Loving those you have never met
who share their kindness and compassion
without any fear of judgment

The Global Heart reminds us that we are never alone
and satisfies that longing to be heard and felt
from deep within and beyond our pain and suffering

We become much more able to listen
and to recognize more deeply our positive abilities
which we have to offer the world freely around us

As a Global Heart, we have a single heartbeat
aligned with Mother Earth and all life within her Divine presence
