May you feel Our Mother Earth radiating Her Love
to All of Her Children…
May you see our Tree families preparing for change
May you hear the songs of our Bird families
May you taste the Water and it be pure
May each of your hearts feel the balance of Light which illumines
the sacred respect for all life forms
whether winged , two-legged, four-legged , swimming or crawling
those who speak loudly or not at all
The balancing of all aspects of ourselves is now more than ever
a critical part of what we are here to do as Living Light,
contained within human bodies.
Therefore I ask each of you to slow down today,
to feel the cosmic and divine wisdom which is contained in this Earth cycle
which we have been experiencing since our first incarnation on this Blue Planet,
and shines so brilliantly as a Garden of Creation.
May each of us gather in our hearts and send blessings to each other,
to our ancestors, to our children and their future children.
Let us remember we are all One family
although we may not fully recognize it in the forms we have chosen to express.
Look at the fingers of your hands…
They do not recognize each other
yet they also do no try to rule or hinder each other
They work best when in agreement and show no aspects of greed
Each one has unique abilities and expressions and important functions
They work best when both hands are balanced in their efforts for the whole

I would like us all to take a moment for a deep breath…
before exhaling let us drop into our hearts and allow all else to drift away…
Many are experiencing what is commonly called withdrawal right now. A word many of us are familiar with who have had addictions in this or past lifetimes.
We have also learned to associate withdrawal with deep emotional and physical pain and suffering. However that does not have to be deeply felt unless we continue to choose to give pain and suffering a value of worthiness. Let us now recognize it without fear or a sense of hopelessness and learn to sit with it and see what it has to teach us.
The particular withdrawal I’m speaking about today is the withdrawal from the concept of a self which no longer being seen or feels served. The reason for this self to be seen or served less is the shifting and transformation of energy patterns in which this self was created. Of course this construct I speak of is the human ego.
As I withdraw and watch the greater collective fields of consciousness within myself there is a blending, if you will, of crystalline information which cannot be put into words of understanding from a limited human aspect of self. This process of coding or seemingly not recognizable informational seeding is now super-seeding the fields of conscious awareness within each of us.
As the seeds are received into our individual consciousness they are taking residence and forcing or rather encouraging the dissolution of thought patterns which no longer resonate with the truth of who and what we truly are. Both individually and collectively we are evolving and we have agreed to this whether or not we understand or believe it is occurring.
Personally I have stepped back away from a lot of interaction with social media first by noticing how social media has changed in the way it no longer serves as a great communication vehicle but a tool for the harvesting of emotional triggers for others to manipulate masses of conscious beings with.
I also have found that my own intellectual image of myself has been altered and many times not in admirable ways.
All of this is no real surprise to most of us but still needs to be looked at from our highest level of conscious awareness as a signal to seek to redefine how we are interacting as either a manipulator or being manipulated by others.
What is obviously seen when I do that is how innocently we can all be seduced into an artificial expression of self or a desire to fulfill our desire to be seen and heard even if false or hurtful to others.
This reminds me of how all the thousands of generations have continued to destroy the very sources of their sustainability both physically and spiritually.
So to return to the withdrawal I mentioned at the beginning of this expression, it is a part of the process in which we are leaving that false sense of self. Leaving it in as much of a state of non-judgment as is possible. Much like when our computer fails or we have to learn new software as the old no longer does what we need it to in order to fulfill our true purpose.
We are now in the process of extracting the true self out of the chaos and rubble and re-igniting it with new energy and it is not always a pleasing experience in its initial stages.
So if you find yourself taking more time to be quiet and reflective, or perhaps holding yourself back from expressing yourself without careful reflection, remember to be kind, nurturing and loving as that Supreme Self which is now revealing its true power and energy within you.
It does not matter where we are each at by normal human means of measurement for this now has to do with what I would like to call Divine Order. The Order of that which we call Creation. Where each of us are now beginning to accept our responsibilities in the co-creation of an evolutionary process which is taking place throughout the Multiverse simultaneously.
So as each of you begin to make changes in how you relate to yourself and each other, and fear begins to arise within you, take the time to recognize what is causing the fear.
It is primarily the ending of the story that we have told ourselves and each other millions of times.
Like all good stories there is either a point of completion or another volume to be written. We are beginning to understand that we are the writers of this story and it has served it purpose in the grander scene of that which we call reality
The writing of the last chapter will always make references to that which led the story writer to a new understanding and so here we are.
The next Volume begins where we are now exploring and understanding that Breathing is no longer taken for granted. Nor is it worshiped as something outside of us and mysterious. It is an understanding in which our breath becomes the cleansing process which takes place in order for truths to begin to dwell in full earnest.
The “in” breath attracts into our conscious awareness all that is in need of being seen.
The “out” breath takes the responsibility of realizing the release of all falsity.
So now as my stream of thought begins to wander it is time for us to take another deep in-breath…
Let us attract all that needs to be brought to our higher awareness within us
enabling us to truly see all the falsity and fear that illusion creates
In the space between the in and out breaths…
Let us feel grateful for all that it offers us
welcoming the opportunity for transformation which it brings
confirming we are always empowered through our Highest/Divine Self
As we exhale let us feel the releasing…
Of all that can no longer be brought forward into this new Book of Life
because there is nothing there that will sustain it
And before we repeat this pattern…
Let us embrace our withdrawal however it plays out
knowing that all fear is attached to that which we are exhaling
That we are here to Co-Create Miracles
That there is only this moment
and it can be repeated with each breath we take.
Let us just take a moment to quietly settle our energy Looking into the soothing radiance and stillness of the frozen water The glistening snow that has captured the light of its surroundings Allowing yourself to sigh a deep breath and relax into the earth beneath you… Nature is reminding us that we are moving way too fast for comfort Creating large fields of distortion within our own physicality Inhale slowly and deeply, releasing it with loving and thankful thoughts
about ourselves and each other.
Today is the last day of February here in Maine and so far 2018 has been a whirlwind of highly concentrated energies. Many of us are now feeling a sense of exhaustion which is at times is very interesting to try to explain, especially to those who are not even aware it is occurring.
Most of humanity is busily ignoring it and looking for a magic pill to make it go away or otherwise seeking some healthy solution to resolve the many physical and emotional symptoms which defy rational explanation.
The messages I have been receiving from my Higher Multi-Dimensional Consciousness and those who express there (The Crystalline Consciousness of 22) have been to slow everything down during this period of fractalization, throughout our Galaxy and the greater Universe.
This is a functional requirement which will differ among all of us and we are being individually guided to Embrace The Silence. The key is within our own Beingness and all external impulsing is designed now to trigger the vastness of our Inner Self.
Our natural human tendencies will no longer serve us as well as in the past because they are being constantly updated through our DNA and the Greater Self Alignment which is not at a frequency of clear understanding from a 3D human perspective. (In This NOW)
For most of you who may read this… all of this is not NEW-s.
This energetic remodeling creates many imbalances which are not as we perceive them but what we experience (E-motion) and are termed evolutionary in their cause and effect.
It is a form of transmutation which humans have experienced many times before but do not remember in our current embodiment as the E-motion is not transferable but stays within the density of the dimension we experience it in.
There is also at play what we as embodied… Spirit, Soul, Energy… or however you may perceive yourself in this moment, a deepening of our inner structure which is being calibrated to flourish and thrive in the NEW Universally updated frequencies.
Deepening is not an accurate definition but a relative spatial reference which the 3D human mind relates to. So in reference to that, it is the Silence in which the I Am is guided to fully Embrace as much of the totality which its embodiment can steadily hold, in order to move through the chaos of energetic disturbance in a less agitated state.
Let us now take in another deep breath as we now choose to return
To the external energy fields which are distorted
And May we remember that it is the Silence Within
Which holds the most potential for us in this evolution of Human Consciousness
Take another deep breath and release it slowly
I AM Free
I AM Complete
I AM Peace, Light and Love
I choose to quietly see beyond what is appearing before me I choose patience knowing that my faith is held within it I choose trusting in my Greater Self rather than living in fear I choose to align perfectly with the abundance of the Universe I choose to let go of all that does not resonate with my heart
I choose these moments of deep and peaceful resonance in all that is presenting itself before me or surrounding me
I choose that my most gracious energies be restored to their full strength and glory, in order to become the observer and not the reactor.
It is always a joy for me to be inspired and allow words to flow like the rivers upon which the Light dances. Especially, after a spell of dryness in which words were slow in coming and infrequent.
I arose at 4:27AM after a dream which presented me with my fears of not trusting my own Higher Self abilities. One in which I had given advice to someone and felt I would be judged as a fool if it was not perfectly correct. The ego mind wanting to sabotage my trust in anything other than what it can rationalize through its process of calculation.
Now I truly know why I never fit into the school system when I was a child. Fighting it tooth and nail until I was literally thrown out for non attendance. Disinterested in their lies and rules which were always some form of separation and competition. My Spirit was not one to be controlled for sure.
And so this morning I was called to listen to a replay of a ‘Good Of The Whole Community’, Monday Resonance Call on YouTube, actually for the first time.
The deep and respectful silence between each person, as they were speaking from their hearts, released these words in me and so I wrote them down knowing that such a gift had be shared…
In our simplicity
we find ourselves
embracing all of life
Our complexity directs
that we become
something other than that
When we sit quietly
and listen to the silence
it becomes a renewal
A re-gathering of Self
which cannot be found
without each other
All our confusion
dissipates when seen
through a discerning heart
And each of us
begin to harmonize
at levels beyond words

It was nice to have the Silence which has always whispered to me, speak once again as I listened to others expressing from that part of themselves which is Sacred and Whole.
May we all return to trusting the inner silence which the ego mind has been trained to keep us from experiencing…

The World Interfaith Harmony Week was first proposed at the UN General Assembly on September 23, 2010 and which is observed and been continued since during the 1st week of February.
Loving Waters is a growing community of Water lovers, advocates and guardians uniting together in remembrance of our primary sacred relationship ~ Water as Life. As Water Guardians we celebrate our ONE Water as the source of all life on Earth. We are an educational community bringing broader awareness of our Water as an intelligent living organism to be respected and loved. Our vision is to globally inspire local communities into deeper conversations regarding our vital stewardship and guardian roles of caring for our world’s Water.

We are usually physically gathering at the waters on the Full Moon for ceremony and an offering of our prayers/blessings and meet virtually on these Water-Heart-Wisdom calls on each New Moon, so this shows how we listen to the Water and respond in service to Her beautiful voice.

This morning I awakened from what we commonly call a nightmare and found it difficult to shake off quickly, which is something I’m pretty good at.
My usual greeting of the day with a Thank You for being here, was not to be found nor heard.
Knowing that dreams are in many ways messages from our sub and super consciousness, this one has certainly become one to write about. So I begin…
In brief, I was with two young boys at the beach as their chaperone, or in the least I was responsible for them and not their parent. They left me to go explore a house by the water which was more like a barn and was having some sort of festival on the grounds.
I did not go with them but told them where I would be so they could meet me when they were finished. As I watched them walk down the hill, I felt how proud I was that they were becoming self-reliant and was pleased at their growing maturity.
After a while I began to worry, as they had not returned and when I went to look for them they were not to be found. So of course, fear and panic ensued and I was now searching everywhere and blaming myself for trusting that they would be OK on their own.
Finally I woke up and I immediately looked up dreams about children and death as I was certainly feeling that deep emotional sense of loss and liability.
I won’t belabor the story or the state of chaos which ensued. As you can imagine it was horrifying, but it did dissipate and left me pretty emotionally triggered.
Oh the mind just can’t let go of anything now, can it? It just ruminates in the background keeping our energy hostage.
In the end… no specific answer was found to resolve my feeling of how I might perhaps be failing my own responsibility of “encouraging and inspiring others”.
That message was brought to me yesterday morning after a brief centering into my heart and asking of what truly brings me Joy.
And Yes, we all have those moments of where we need to sit quietly and contemplate our sense of Self.
Especially since I had died 26 years ago and was now really feeling the new energies of 2018 calling me forward, to really represent who I truly am.
As my New Moon morning now rolled on, someone on Facebook asked me about one of my Bumper Stickers “Practice Unlimitedness” and it became the inspiration to begin this blog you are now engaged in.
The picture below is a group of nine bumper stickers which I was guided to create by my Angels as I was trying to figure out what was then called my NDE, back in the early 90’s.
People were just investigating this process and I chose to experience what was happening within me rather than listen to the label makers, who were collecting data and categorizing it for their various modalities.
They were created shortly after my motorcycle accident when I had no money, little understanding of myself or life, living alone and on the goodwill others towards me after a period of divorce, bankruptcy, alcoholism and homelessness.
SO… how does a Nightmare, Practice Unlimitedness and Saving Grace all come together in a blog…
The nightmare was the energy which set it all in motion, a friend asking about that particular bumper sticker and the Gratitude I have for being here now to express it all.
What does it mean to Practice Unlimitedness?
How can we fully understand self-limiting expressions?
Especially when we are so deeply connected to so many of our past experiences that when we begin to shift and move towards fulfilling unlimitedness, we experience nightmares and emotional crisis.
The Message for us all is really all about Saving Grace…
Saving Grace is the only real answer that I can share with you.
The Saving Grace that I actually became when I was returned to what I refer to as my death or return to Original Energy Blueprint… however you may wish to label it.
And so today on this New Moon as we begin not only 2018, but a deepening relationship with ourselves and each other, let us begin to see how Saving Grace has appeared to us in so many ways over our lifetime.
Are we ready to receive it Now “unconditionally, with and in an open heart without conditions” ?
Yes , we have suffered and endured great pains.
We may be experiencing them today in some dramatic form and they may truly be a Nightmare, both physically and emotionally.
And yet, as I now write these words … Bluebirds appeared on my porch in 20 degree weather looking for food…
Such beautiful messengers!
Their message is about happiness and fulfillment which are within reach when we let go of our self-judgement and begin to experience ourselves without letting limitation in any form hold us back from being who we truly are.
So let us now open our hearts…
Let us also appear with a deep desire
and listen to the Messengers of Saving Grace
trusting in our Unlimited Abundance through Grace
so that we also may also understand better
how we can “Practice Unlimitedness”
in all aspects of our daily lives
as we co-create Balance and Harmony
in this world of physical form we are living in
and receive All the Blessings of Peace, Light and Love
Saving Grace to you All and Thank You

Gathering within the waters of our Heart to deepen our personal relationship and ancient connection Water in all forms.
As we begin our journey into the Year 2018 it is important to deepen our relationship with all water.

Let us begin by quietly dropping our attention into our Hearts.
(Which by the way is about 79% water)
and a magnificent electromagnetic generator
which sustains us in a toroidal field of energy
that is ready for all aspects of our daily physical lives
So this is our Heart, this is the physical process it goes through
but we are going to dive into the Water of our hearts
and learn and relate to more of the deeper spiritual level
So Let us… just relax…
Slowly breathe in the word Water…
and likewise let us slowly exhale the word Water…
inhaling and exhaling slowly
Relaxing, and trusting that in this small sacred circle
of Water Lovers and Guardians
we are a unified field of expanded conscious awareness
Vision yourself walking along a quiet wooded path
away from the hustle and turmoil of everyday existence
listening to the sounds around you change ever so slightly
from a brittle and jarring background noise
to a more rhythmic and gentle flowing orchestration
Listening attentively we walk further and further along
we begin to allow our pace to slow down
knowing that there is a place ahead
where we can sit by a small pond
which is fed by an ancient spring that never ceases
even in the most severe droughts of recorded memory
Relaxing deeper into our natural surroundings as we walk
we begin to feel the dampness in the air we breathe
the warmth of our bodies in motion
and a slight sense of thirst, which we know
will be quenched upon arrival at the springhead
As we continue along this path…
We see a clearing ahead through the trees
and slowly a small pond appears as if rising
from the heart of Mother Earth
almost as if it were an offering,
an offering to us, who are just arriving
Such a welcoming beauty and stillness to behold
as we gently sit on the hand hewn bench
placed so perfectly between the Spring and pond
sitting here, contemplating our arrival
we begin to hear raindrops
gently falling on the leaves above us
as if welcoming us to this Sacred gathering place
Recognize now the full embrace of Water
Above…
Below…
Within…
and Without…
and hear Her sing so lovingly
a song of Passion for Life in all forms
Allow yourself now to slowly dissolve…
to dissolve into this large gently swirling pool of wetness
being fed warm water from the primordial spring below
while gathering from above, the randomly falling raindrops
this warm pond of Loving Water
much like the Womb Water which held us
and sustained our tiny fragile tiny bodies
and which sustains us in all levels of our existence
Allow yourself to rest peacefully there…
knowing you are safe…
you are home…
you are loved…
As We look up…
A Dolphin appears in the rain clouds and begins to lovingly deliver a message.
Beloved Humanity…
within your Creation Stories there has always been Water
You have always been One with Water
You arrived here on Earth via the Water
You are Water Beings living a human existence
Then diving from the clouds
into the water before you
the Dolphin disappears without so much as a ripple
Let us now just feel into this moment of unity
a sense of deep serenity and completion
the serenity of feeling a tension on arrival
yet opening to receive a sense of Grace
as we willingly immerse ourselves in the pond
Immersion is how it has always been done
and perhaps it is but a moment of recognition
where codes are given and identities exchanged
then in an instant the elation of acceptance
a welcoming and an overwhelming sense of completeness
~SWEET GRACE~
Yes, we are so much more than just the containers for water,
or water guardians,
for We exist on many levels
as We are the Water itself without separation
Gently Feel into that suggestion…
Breath into it…
and allow yourself to surrender
to being water itself
Feel your perception of separation disappear
into a thought which has no value
This circle we began as a group of individuals is now one drop of water
There is no more separation
as we are that one whole drop of water
coming together in this moment of singularity
a tiny yet powerful presence of co-creation
in a pond which flows to become a stream,
perhaps a River, the Sea or the Ocean
all the while in a continued state of evaporation
in order to gather and rain again in another part of the Planet
Rest here now with your open Hearts
and receive the Blessings that Water offers to us
we never know from whence they may come
yet each of us can remember them…
tiny fractal moments
that remind us, of so much more
So beautiful…l
So precious…
such beautiful living organisms
that without water, would not exist at all
When you are ready…
Gently feeling into our individual physical embodiment again
let us begin the journey of return
leaving the pond with a Blessing or an Offering of Gratitude
let us visit the Springhead to remind us that we too are primordial
that we are all Ancient Water Carriers
Eternally sailing the Star Waters
sometimes becoming a single drop
one tear on the cheek of an innocent child who is thirsty
and at others the raging floods which erase the footsteps
we have left behind
Yes, take a deep inhale and feel the Water
and a relaxing outbreath
and welcoming back
Take few a moments now to just settle back in and know that it has been a joy for me to be of service to you today…

On this day before the celebration of Christmas it is the 4th Sunday of Advent as celebrated by the Christian faith.
So the candles are lit and Love is reflected in the Light as I send this out to each of you and it does not matter today what you believe or do not believe about the story of Jesus’ birth.
The true meaning of it all is Love… Unconditional Love.
A Mother’s Love for her unborn child which many may not have experienced.
A Visionary Hope of a future that embraces Divine Presence and Harmony.
A gathering of the Divine Masculine around the Divine Feminine in honor of their
Co-Creation with Spirit.
As so we have candles and trees adorned with cheerful expressions of our belief in the magical moment of surprise…
May it arrive in your Hearts
And May you spread it gladly
As we look forward, let us also look within, to find that Spark of Love and give it Birth.
May you and your families receive Blessings in all forms and know that you are the Love which fills the Chalice from which We All Flow.
