Serenity or Distortion – Show Notes 8.12.22

We are amid changes to everything we once relied on, and it is creating great confusion.

Confusion surrounds us and comes from deep within us like a volcano.

The fire deep within us is raging and seeking release after thousands of years of fuel released into our subconscious minds.

We have been through generations of fear and trauma that we can no longer contain.

Trauma is not new, as it is a cycle of life that is a part of our evolution.

What is new for us is that we have created so many distortions to the electromagnetic fields we live in that our planet is now having to counterbalance them. So too, are we as well.

We will adjust to this, but for now, we must allow our childhood trauma to be released, much like the smoke before the lava flows. If we remove the pressure of what has been held back due to a lack of understanding as young children and energized by our adult conflicts, we begin to gain back our serenity.

When we return to moments without all that distortion from the subconscious, the smoke clears, and we no longer fear the volcano.

By letting ourselves become more aware of all the inner pain and suffering, we can release it through forgiveness. Forgiveness honors us as small children, and we cannot comprehend what was causing the painful chaos and suffering we had no choice but to escape. Let us also realize that those who were the perpetrators of all were also suffering from their childhood and painful life experience.

It is time to come home into our hearts and release all that keeps us fearful of the future, knowing that we genuinely can embrace life with Love and share it with future generations who are here with us now.

They were seeking as we did for Peace, Light, and Love.

Transitioning Forward – Show Notes

Today let us look at what is happening around and within us. 

The shifts and distortions of our sources of energy have created a rotary
in which no exit seems to appear

How do we move forward becomes a question within each of us.

Another question is where all the overwhelming negative energy came from and why.

Each of us are transitioning in alignment with our Spiral Galaxy
as it completes another cycle as part of a much larger spiral of many galaxies.

We are evolving in many ways as a living species that has conscious awareness of its habitat.
The greatest challenge we face is in releasing our collective trauma as well as that which is personal.

When humans get startled by change we try to hold on to the past as if it was a life preserver.
Our greatest fear being death or suffering.

Yes everything in our lives may be changing but death is not imminent.
We will continue to move into something new and perhaps very strange
which may defy the old rules we created out of the fear we became addicted to.

How many movies have you seen in your lifetime,
containing torture, murders rapes and even aliens attacking us.

We have been taught to put fear first in our lives.
To always be suspicious of others as the deliverers of evil.

All of this programming holds us stuck in a magnetic field which drains us of our collective energy.

It is time to seek where the magnets are in your life that are keeping you stuck and remove them.
Yes you can remove them!
And when you do you will start moving into your personal transition without fear.

Transitioning Forward is not going to stop by making or revoking ridiculous rules and regulations.
It is not going to stop, period.

Positive Enablers – Show Notes

My word for today as I arose was enabling, not a comment I have been very fond of.

Many of us have been told that we were enablers in a very negative way when we were going through a challenging emotional situation or perhaps with someone we love struggling with illness.

Yet, there is a positive side in which we are assisting others to let go of their fears and become who they indeed are.

Our world today has become a place of mistrust and fear-based separation based on enabling those who are our leaders not to be held personally accountable for their destructive enabling. Creating a dynamic environment of insecurity as mistrust obstructs our evolutionary expansion as humans.

Positive enabling is our inner ability to see from our hearts and offer kindness to others so that they, too, can see through the darkness of any situation by administering Peace, Light, and Love to all who are experiencing deficient levels of self-reliance.

It is a deep respect for the sovereignty of each of us that overrides rules and regulations created to have individual souls follow a leader.

Each of us is being asked to dive deeper into the waters of our past. And to remove all the plastic that is choking us and limiting our ability to evolve.

When we think of pollution in the world around us, we also have to recognize that which is within us.

We must re-enable our minds to see beyond what our eyes and ears acknowledge. We are to look deep within our hearts and listen to the inner voice of greater wisdom.

It is there within us that Positive Enabling takes form and creates a field of deep inner self-worthiness.

A Positive Enabler Awakening is happening, and each of you has an invitation to participate.

You are far more potent than ever taught or understood in the world of controls around you.

Let us Love one another more deeply by offering our Love to each other rather than living in fear of hunger and death.

The homelessness and starvation we refuse to look at and do anything about is our inner self crying for us to become Positive Enablers at the most basic level of human survival.

Rise and Shine and find what you can do to shift the human consciousness back into evolutionary spiraling and fullness.

Weaving A New Tapestry

‘Weaving a new tapestry requires an ability to remain peaceful and attentive.’

As I began to write my show notes the words Grace and Ease were gently placed into the field of awareness. Those moments when everything is flowing without any distortion or interference.

How can we create more of those moments?
What would our lives feel like?

I have never done any weaving, yet I have done rug hooking and macrame which can become very challenging.

In the beginning it was filled with tension and many moments of aggravation which lessened over time as I began to find a rhythm in which I felt deeply aligned with creating something that reflects peace and beauty.

Look at life right now from the aspect of creating newness within yourself rather than worrying or fearing what is old and no longer bringing you joy.

Create a new you that shines brilliantly and expresses your true creative self that is loving, kind, and filled with Grace and Ease for all to enjoy.

SHOW NOTES

Within each moment, we are generating an electromagnetic field of harmonic resonance that we call Love. Most of us are unaware that it is happening without our conscious direction and think of Love as something we can turn on or off as if it were a light switch. Love for me was the end of my journey when I briefly died in a motorcycle accident 30 years ago.

A journey in which I first was guided to lo look down at myself on a stretcher. Watching as a policeman or ambulance attendant asked me questions. At the last stop, I knew that Love is an energy field of Peaceful Light without any attachment to physicality.

I share this today to offset what we seem to be experiencing emotionally destabilizing as we feel like everything collapses around us and creates fear-based greed in everyone. In truth, we are still generating Love even though we may no longer be consciously aware of it.

Love is not something we imagine, as all our storytelling has told us. Yet it can be diminished in strength and buried under negative energies that rise quickly or that we endure over long periods. I see those moments or more extended periods as emotional death.

Emotional death is what creates and feeds distress within the physical body and leads to violent outbursts. We are all susceptible to these behavioral outbursts, yet they can become more prevalent than our loving and compassionate ones.

When this occurs, however, our true harmonic resonance becomes so distorted that we begin to block our 3-dimensional brain from operating through our heart center. Our heart center is the connection, not the brain, through which the Peace, Light, and Love flow into our bodies and minds.

When we shift back to being in our mother’s womb, the heart begins to send information to the brain for it to come online. When we die, the heart sends the signal for the brain to shut down.

Let us come back into resonance within our hearts and watch how life looks different. Then, it will be easier for us to let go of hardships of all kinds and find more beauty in each other.

We are the Ones We’ve Been Waiting For

You have been telling people that this is the Eleventh Hour, now you must go back and tell the people that this is the Hour. And there are things to be considered…

Where are you living?

What are you doing?

What are your relationships?

Are you in right relation?

Where is your water?

Know your garden.

It is time to speak your truth.

Create your community.

Be good to each other.

And do not look outside yourself for your leader.

Then he clasped his hands together, smiled, and said, “This could be a good time! There is a river flowing now very fast. It is so great and swift that there are those who will be afraid. They will try to hold on to the shore. They will feel they are being torn apart and will suffer greatly. Know the river has its destination. The elders say we must let go of the shore, push off into the middle of the river, keep our eyes open, and our heads above the water.

And I say, see who is in there with you and celebrate. At this time in history, we are to take nothing personally, least of all ourselves. For the moment that we do, our spiritual growth and journey come to a halt.

The time of the lone wolf is over. Gather yourselves! Banish the word ‘struggle’ from your attitude and your vocabulary. All that we do now must be done in a sacred manner and in celebration.

We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.
