Let’s come together to extend Love to the whole world.
Not just those parts we adore.

Let us remember that we are a very big part of that world around us
and to live in a way that expresses our courage.

As well as our belief in the innocent potential and possibilities
we can co-create when we align with each other’s hearts.

Innocence
When I think of this word I see an infant who has no desire other than to keep living and is incapable of intentionally harming it’s support system. However, as an adult we fall into a deep irreverence towards each other and our life support system.

Potential
Our potential as a collective of individual minds can synchronize with our environment and enhance it so that there is minimal destruction or harm done to the many different life forms in our communities.

Courage
Is the ability and willingness to blend our innocence and potential together in a way that creates positive outcomes for each of us rather than overpowering one another in a struggle for power or supremacy.
Possibilities
All changes are held in the frequency of possibility, be they good or bad. The issue for humanity is now to better discern what is no longer suitable for our future.

Balance is critical in moving forward and we are the hands on deck which need to shift the ballast before we become too unbalanced in the deep water.  

The awareness of the situation and our forward-looking vision is the first step in correcting our alignment with our future destination.
We are not lost at sea for we have an inner navigation system which is always connected to the sun and the stars.
The problem is our ability to stay in communication with them as the electromagnetic noise becomes thicker and more overwhelming.

We do however have the abilities to correct this within ourselves as we reconnect into the inner magnetic fields of Mother Earth which are broadcast through the trees, stones, and waters of her physical body.

As we seek to reconnect, we become more aware of the damage that has been done and begin to want to assist in limiting or ceasing our behaviors that contribute to her suffering.
We also recognize the similarities within ourselves and choose to do the same with our own healthiness becoming a personal responsibility instead of handing it over to others while we continue to damage ourselves.

This is the time of Awakening, of leaving the dreamtime of our selfishness.
May each of Us …

Breaking Through To Resurrection

The message of “Breakthrough” today is one of enlightenment.

“Breakthrough The Veil of Fear And Light Appears”

This card was the first one I drew today from Soul Inspirations Cards by Kahliya.

I was on Mt Agamenticus in York, Maine, yesterday for a small personal 11:11 ceremony, and I became very aware of all the families there.

I felt called to notice how the children were joyous and carefree while their parents’ energies were cautious and fearful.

The highly obvious polarity reminded me of how the traumas of every human are now arising to be released by the Light that is within our hearts.

The Angel Blessings Card by Kimberly Marooney brought forth the word Resurrection and Archangel Gabriel.

“To resurrect something is to bring life again to that which appeared dead, or to raise from a belief in death.”

Yesterday was also Veterans Day which honors all who offered to defend and protect others in the military forces.

Both aspects offer humanity the energies which bring balance back to us and assist in releasing our fear.

It is always our journey to rise within our hearts and see beyond our daily encounters’ obstructions. That feeling of powerlessness is only an overabundance of fear and nothing more.

The mountain top is the witness of all that life can do to destroy and yet is always there calling us to it. In many ways, it offers us a resurrection as we are filled with a broader view of the world around us.

Today, let us challenge ourselves to look for the broader view in our everyday life.

Let us become the mountain that withstands all that is brought to it.

Let us share that intimate elemental relationship with all living beings.

Let us remember that resurrection is not just a biblical term that only happens to perfect people.

It is the natural process of returning to your hearts and sharing your Love and Light with everyone.

It is surrendering to that deep inner self filled with every painful experience and opening the windows to allow the winds of change to blow them away.

Be gentle and kind to yourself… you deserve every minute of it for all you have been through.

Your sense of helplessness or unworthiness has been placed within you by others who could not see the Light and Love in themselves.

Let us stand tall and strong like the numbers 11:11 as pillars of Light and Love for others to see what resurrection indeed looks like in a human form.

Good morning once again, and many blessings to each of you.

This morning the message arose as one of many that pointed inward as we are all being challenged by everything around us.

A random message from the ‘Sayings From A Course In Miracles’ cards reads;

“Nothing beyond yourself can make you fearful or loving, because nothing is beyond you.” T,181

As I embraced this message, it reminded me of how I have personally shifted over the past 2 years from responding with anger or fear to the many adverse events occurring around the world.

I can now see them and feel deep emotion, yet I respond by asking what I can do to help improve the situation. Most of the time, it is beyond my physical or financial ability to resolve. Yet, at that moment, I realize that I can send Peace, Light and Love from my Heart rather than my head.

Our hearts are the most powerful energy source within our bodies, and we can use our minds to direct that energy anywhere or anyone on this planet and into other dimensions if we so choose.

True empowerment over our human life was given to us at birth by our creator, and it does not matter how we honor or explain it to each other.

Throughout our lives, we have been directed to only share our Love with those who have been approved of by our families, teachers, religions, and governments.

We have been taught that separation from each other is the best way to live and be wary of others who do not look like us or speak as we do. Yet, we are all human beings living together on Mother Earth and, when positively aligned, can create miracles.

Think about the times in your life when you have gathered with others to accomplish something that could not be done alone.

This is the One Heart in action using One Love to accomplish what was needed for everyone. This is your True Power… Your Heart and ability to Love without fear.

In those moments, we are Empowered Benevolence.

Yesterday the following words flowed through my mind and fingertips as I prepared to gather with friends in the Global Heart Team on Zoom. They express how each of us has both an individual and collective ability to hone our loving energy and cut through the fear and suffering for those around us who are feeling hopeless.

Empowering Benevolence Within the Global Heart

Gathering together as a Global Heart Team
we become the much needed connective tissue
that expands and contracts within each heartbeat

Co-creating a flow of enlightenment
that assists in shifting human consciousness
from a perception of separation into unity

Loving Kindness is the energetic vehicle
through which we both receive and share our grace
within the pulsing rhythms of Mother Earth

And is also the attractor field for many others
to engage and exchange their endearments
with all of life regardless of form or beliefs

Accelerating our relationships, benevolence,
and dispelling the darkness for the many
who may be fearful or confused within their hearts

Embracing Our Future Self Show Notes 10.8.21

Today as I awoke and asked what the topic for today would be, a gentle message came to me about the future.

At first it will be very challenging as we let go of the collective trauma of humanity and the damage it has created to Mother Earth. Yet as we move through the dramas of separation it will shift and become more balanced.

Right now, we are in a birthing state which is painful yet offers us an opportunity to connect and be a part of the birthing process from our divine eternal self.

So, I ask everyone to think for a moment as to what might that look like for each of us, to find our harmonic balance and heart resonance restoring itself without a struggle of acceptance.

Creative Power of Your Personal Heart

In the quiet and stillness
we are alone with the Heartbeat
in its receiving and sending energy

Perhaps it has a message for us

that is beyond our imagination
and needs to be repeated many times

For it cannot be heard over the brain
the message I heard today was
welcome home beloved one

It is from this Heart Energy
that all you know and understand
has been created, both positive and negative

For when you are not in alignment
with the rhythm of your beating Heart
great moments of distortion are present

Please listen for the soft voice of your Heart
and know that it is your choice to make
and the way you create all positive possibilities

I love the last few words – Create All Positive Possibilities

This week the word Benevolence came in several times, and it is a word I would not normally use. I think of it as kindness and an opportunity to share with others.

Some synonyms for it are courtesy, favor, grace, mercy, service, friendliness, unselfishness, and goodwill.

Isn’t this what we are all seeking and finding less and less of in our worldly experience.
Isn’t this what has been overshadowed by the selfishness, greed and power of the way we are destroying Mother Earth and each other.

The key to shifting all of this and becoming our True Future Self is to recognize within ourselves how we are contributing to the negativity of the world around us is very small ways and commit to staying aware and knowing we have a choice to not follow our negative patterns of behavior anymore.

As we do this we receive more Peace, Light and Love which strengthens our abilities to align with our future selves in a very gentle and positive way.

In doing so we are allowing our Hearts to open once again without fear, for we begin to feel better about who we are and what we can do to help others around us.

As we rebuild our trust of Self we become witness to others who are walking the same path and gather in groups at crossroads to assist each other rather than take advantage of each other and become our Future Self. 
So let us rise into our Hearts and Love each other into the Future. A far better outcome than what we might be thinking right now, the choice is all yours to make.

Love And Respect Show Notes 9.24.21

Holding our hearts open can be a struggle

yet with gentle practicing, it becomes an easy flow

We must allow ourselves to love and be loved first

using kindness to offer it to ourselves

Each of those aspects may be hidden deeply and unknown

so, our sharing of Love may not always be welcomed by others

For as we all know, there are many wounds of the heart that need healing

and the pain and suffering each person carries is not easy to release

This past week has been a huge challenge for many of us, and I say that with much compassion.

But, for me, the combination of shifting energies from the Full Moon and Equinox has been much like an Amusement Park adventure, and it hasn’t ended yet.

Today’s title of Love and Respect is an invitation that calls us all to think about the power of Love to heal or at least calm the suffering that each of us has endured for thousands of years.

When I wrote the words “our sharing of Love may not always be welcomed by others”, it lingered in my mind and directed it to all the moments when my Loving-Kindness has been rejected.

Each of us has had those moments and still remembers them when some simple form of rejection triggers the energy.

We usually close our hearts and travel back in time to those moments which may even be within our mother’s womb and allow those energies to take us on a roller coaster ride of emotional judgement.

As I write these words this morning, I feel that we have now come to a place within our collective history where we are increasing in strength to face and release those moments that carry forward energy which drives us to seek a repeat situation to rectify the past.

The word forgiveness arises in me, and we need to acknowledge that the rejection of Love hurts everyone. Both those who could not receive it and those who could not share it with respect in a kindly manner.

So here we are at a point of profound inner transition. It is a place where we have to release all of the leftover trauma of rejection and begin admiring our ability to reach out with Love in a new way.

The new way is from a place of abundance rather than lack. So let us open the wounds and let them bleed out so that they no longer have enough energy to stop or distort our Loving or Respecting each other.

When I saw the video of men on horses herding people seeking a better life, not as a movie of the past but an actual occurrence in the present, I did not know how deeply it would affect me. However, it has made me realize how precious each life is and how more Love and compassion are truly needed.

May each of you dive deep into your Hearts Wounds and release all that is easy first. The more challenging ones will shortly follow behind, yet through your practice, they will not overcome you, and you will be able to Love more freely and with a deeper respect for those who are suffering

Self-Imposed Drama – Show Notes 9.17.21

Grand Rising and blessings to each of you as the seasons change and offer us a new viewpoint of our relationship to each other and Mother Earth.

As I begin my day, I find it powerful to tap into the words of people that I respect and who have shared their Heart Wisdom with all of us.

Their messages always lead me to the title of my talk, and then I trust Spirit to deliver the words that will come through me.

What is Spirit asking me to look at within myself and share with others?

The title ‘Self-Imposed Drama’ is not something we may want to look at, yet it is a big part of our sense of suffering and anger.

I would love to say that I am beyond experiencing those energy frequencies. However, they do come as lesser strengths and are easier to release quickly.

Let me present this morning’s gifts from other people’s messages…

“Many are disillusioned today, and many are discouraged about holding all things as moving toward greater good. Here is where the word Self-impose hit me

Immediately catching my attention and reminding me that I am not alone in this process. That all of us foreseeing a better world for our future generations are bringing it closer to realization.

It may not appear very likely in these energy-draining times, yet it is re-creating within us a sense of values that have been ridiculed and bullied into barely existing.

Our healing will come just as the rough weather of Winter becomes Spring.

The following message comes from Shanta Gabriel:

“Be grateful for all that you have and all that you are.”

Gratitude is the medicine of our healing.

Let us be grateful for all the small things that make us smile first.

The energy that is present in even the tiniest grin or chuckle has the power to transform energy not only within us but around us as our auric field expands and touches others.

Let us be thankful for all the moments we find Peace in nature.

There are always natural disasters that bring hardship and pain to all life forms, yet it transforms

the landscape and calls us to respect our ability for renewal.

When everything feels as if the darkness swallowed it up, know that there is still Light within you to call on and guide you forward.

When we look at the word wonderful, let’s think of it as Filled with Wonder.

In this state of mind, everything has great potential. There is nothing that cannot be transformed into something better or brighter.

It is in our knowing that within our Hearts, there is a Self that has the energy of Light and the potential to access and utilize it with Love.

We are that Love and Light that is within every moment of creation. It is not something that can be controlled anymore, no matter how hard we try.

It is calling us all forward into a New World of Unimaginable Wonder moment by moment.

The words ‘that can be’ is the hallway that we are now traveling within, and it may seem filled with fearful questions, yet at the end, there is a door through which the Light shines and calls you to come and be at Peace, and to share that Peace with others.

SO let us all take a moment when things get out of control to remember that we can create Peace more easily than Drama if we genuinely want to.
